A LITTLE ABOUT
US
Rochereuk are a
family based business. We have been in the retail clothing trade for
almost 20
years and have been selling on Ebay for the past 5 years. At the moment
the majority of our listings are girls fashion clothing. We do however list some
ladies and also boys.
We are always
following the latest fashion trends to bring you the most up to date clothing.
With five kids this is very easy to do :o) We start all our auctions at our
lowest possible start price so you can enjoy the fun of the auction. We
also have Buy It Now offers within our Ebay Store for those of you
who like a fast sale.
From time to time
if we can get a good deal we will buy cut label items from major companies such
as Tammy, Next or Marks and Spencer's. These are not store returns they
are over makes and are not seconds but perfects. If any of our auctions
are cut label they will be clearly marked as Ex Next Ex Debenhams etc. Otherwise
all our items are the same as you would purchase from a high street store.
COMING SOON!
For Spring/Summer we will be listing a fabulous range of clothes for girls. Great
names such as Ossian and Domino Girls and Funkybabe to name a few. Tunic
tops continue to be a favourite on the High Street, as do skinny jeans and
leggings. Stars are a big fashion statement this season, and hoody's with
tiny all over detail. Waistcoats are very big for this season and we hope to be
bringing you lots to choose from. We will be listing accessories such as
jewellery, belts and handbags.

We want you to be
happy with your purchase from Young Fashionistas at rochereuk and we pride ourselves in our excellent
customer service. If you have any queries at any stage please do email us,
all emails are answered within 24 hrs.
if you haven't received an answer from us within 24 hrs it would mean we
probably haven't received your email so please do send us another email.
POSTAGE AND
PAYMENT
Please confirm
details within 3 days of auction end. Payment is required within 7
days. We have several methods of payment. Paypal (paypal@rochere.co.uk)
Personal Cheque - made payable to Rochere, uncrossed Postal Orders and
Bank Transfer (details on request) Bank transfer enables you to pay money at any
bank straight into our account or by internet bank transfer. As soon as we have
cleared funds your parcel will be on its way. You will receive a dispatch
notice when it leaves our premises. If you haven't received your parcel within a
couple of days then please check with your local sorting office. It is
very rare that a parcel goes missing in the post. The Postmen often forget
to leave a card when they call and nobody is there to accept the parcel. Heavier
items sent via Parcel post take a little longer 2-3 working days. Please be
assured that your postage covers you for items lost or damaged in the post (UK
buyers First Class Post only) For parcel post we offer an optional postal
insurance at £1.00 which covers you for up
to £100 for loss or damage in the Post. We will always work with
you until the matter is resolved.
INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS
We are happy to
post Worldwide. If you wish to know postal charges prior to bidding please email
us for a quote. Some items may already show International and European
postage costs. If they don't please wait for a new invoice. In the
future to cut down our day a little! we will be weighing and pricing
International purchases the following morning. We only accept Paypal payments
from international buyers.
COMBINED
PURCHASES
We are always
happy to combine postage on purchases made within 7 days of each
other. If you are thinking of purchasing over more than one
day just drop us a line after the auction has closed, and remember not to
complete checkout, as once this is done we are unable to combine the postage.
When you have finished shopping drop us another line and we will send you a new
invoice. Note: you will still receive all after auction automated emails,
please ignore these. In the future to cut down on our day a little! we will be
combining multiple wins the morning after the last auction.
OUR RETURNS
POLICY
We are only able
to except returns that are faulty or have been described inaccurately, due to
the nature of Ebay it would be impossible to exchange on size. Where
applicable we will put sizes on our auction. A lot of items such as tops etc we will
list just under age. We buy from many different manufacturers and we do
appreciate that the size is an average, I have five children and find that the
sizes work very well. However not all children are the same of course and
if you are in any doubt about size please do email for extra size information.
Any faults need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt and items should be
returned in the same condition they were sent unworn and unwashed with no stains
or tears. If tagged, tags should be intact.
SOME FAQ'S
(Q) Hi we
meant to bid on your auction but got in to late, will you sell it us at the
start price?
(A) No we never do this, our auctions start at very
low prices, so you can enjoy the fun of the auction, this means that you can
always lay your first bid at a very low price or the price you are willing to
bid up to (called proxy bidding) therefore ensuring you of a good chance
of winning at a price you are willing to pay.
(Q) Hi We
lost the auction, do you have another one you could sell to us?
(A) It is very rare that we offer a second chance
offer, we do though often have more stock of an item and we will let you know
when we will be listing that item again. Or you could ask us to list it in our
Ebay Store as a Buy It Now item.
(Q) Hi could
you please end the auction and sell to us as a BIN?
(A) No we will never end an auction early as some
of our customers could be 'watching' the auction and would be disappointed if it
just disappeared. If we do have extra stock we would be willing to negotiate a
Buy It Now price and put it into our Ebay Store.
(Q) Hi could
you please tell us the size of this item?
(A) Before emailing about size could you please
check the auction to see if there are any
size details there - thanks :o)
(Q) Hi could you
leave us feedback
(A) We always leave
feedback for our customers, usually when we have received feedback and know that
your purchase has been received and completed to your satisfaction. This
is usually done in bulk once a week.
