Q: Why was my auction
suspended?
A: Robeez actively monitors
eBay and the Internet for violations of our trademark and brand. The most common
violations include trademark infringements and unauthorized distribution. EBay
will be notified if your listings infringe upon Robeez intellectual property
rights, trademarks, copyrights or involve the sale of unauthorized products.
Listings cannot contain the Robeez brand name if you are not selling Robeez
products. As outlined in the Listing Policies for Sellers, keyword spamming,
brand name misuse and misleading titles may result in an item being removed
and eBay will take the appropriate actions in accordance with its user policies.
Items described as 'like Robeez' or 'not Robeez' are misleading and the use
of the Robeez name when auctioning another brand name can result in suspension.
Q: Can I use Robeez promotional
material, web images or text descriptions in my listings?
A: No. Images and text that
appear within Robeez promotional materials, packaging and web sites are copyright
protected. We own the exclusive right to reproduce these materials, and any
reproduction must be authorized by Robeez.
Q: What if I didn't realize
I was violating Robeez rights? Why didn't you contact me first before eBay?
A: It is your responsibility
to ensure that your listings do not violate eBay's policies or the intellectual
property rights of Robeez. Due to the time-sensitive nature of online auctions,
it is impractical for us to initiate a process by first contacting each listing
owner individually. It is the responsibility of eBay listing owners to ensure
that they are complying with VeRO policies.
Robeez takes great pride
in the craftsmanship, integrity and quality of our products. If you are aware
of any parties selling counterfeit Robeez or operating as unauthorized retailers
selling Robeez, please contact Robeez at: infringements@robeez.com
