Our Email suppliers occasionally have had problems, so while we still aim to reply to enquires as soon as possible, sometimes we won't be able to reply the same day, especially if Emails are sent to our direct address. 'Ask Seller Question' "ASQ" messages avoid this, though are of course reliant of eBay having no "page not responding" problems.
Advice & Policies
If your order hasn't arrived by the time you expect it to, remember to check your local post office depot, particuarly on larger items, as if Royal Mail can't deliver it for whatever reason, it will be kept there for collection before being returned.
Remember for 1st & 2nd class deliveries inc recorded, Royal Mail advise allowing 15 Working days for delivery. So no claims can be made by us before this waiting period is up.
Also note that if you do not select recorded, available on all of our listings, any refunds, or resending of goods is entirely at our discretion as we obtain proof of postage on all orders sent out. So no threats or demands, we're happy to help in genuine cases when people are prepared to work with us.
Finally, if you're in a rush, don't place your order in the late afternoon and pay 2nd class then expect it there the next day! We do our best to dispatch all orders as soon as possible - usually with 24 - 48 hours EXC weekends, ie. Items ordered on friday may not be dispatched until the following week. If you need to really make sure something arrives fast or guarenteed just ask us to add special delivery to the listing you're interested in. Prices START from .95 for next day 1pm, again the earlier in the day you place your order the better chance it has of going out fast, we pack first come first serve.

We can only refund defect free goods under the distance selling regulations 2000, if unused & in original condition, as long as they are cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Any return costs are the buyers responsibility, and standard postage costs incurred by us are not refundable as they are under a seperate contract as a service provided.
Note: Unfortunately we can only leave feedback once it has been received by us, this is due to the small number of trouble makers that persist on eBay, we are sorry for this inconvenince to all the genuine honest people who would never exploit the feedback system to their advantage. Sadly we have been vindicated in this policy on several occasions.
