About Us

Retro Evolution Gaming  Hull (UK) Video game business founded in 2005 by two gaming enthusiasts. What started out as a small Ebay shop selling games quickly grew and in the Autum 2008 we decided to take the plunge and opened our first high street store located in hull.  We aim to continue to provide a quality service and keep our prices low both in store and on-line.

 

  

 
 
Policies

UK Payments

Payment can be made by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.
Cheques need at least 7 working days to clear upon receipt.

International Payments
Payment can ONLY be made by Paypal.
SORRY WE DONT ACCEPT ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We would be grateful if successful buyers contacted us as soon as they receive the purchased item/s. Positive feedback is automatically posted to your eBay account once you have indicated safe receipt of your item by leaving feedback. 
We despatch the items as soon as the payment is received. Please allow sufficient time for delivery due to weekends and other holidays.

Please note that all items will be sent via standard post unless stated otherwise. We will not be responsible for missed or delayed posts when sent on Standard post. However, we can provide you with the proof of posting slip if necessary.
If payment is not received after 7 days the item will be re-listed and non payment procedures will be started.

We do offer a refund/replacement policy for any faulty items as We really don't want anybody to be dissapointed or dissatisfied with any of the goods We are selling. As you would expect the faulty items must be returned before a refund/replacement can be issued.
