PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT DUE TO POSTAL STRIKES YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED

How long should an order take to deliver?
*UK= Delivery is 4-5 working days ( up to 1 full week ) normally for an order.
*Europe = Delivery is 5-10 working days ( up to 2 full weeks )
*Rest of World = Delivery is 10-15 working days. ( up to 3 full weeks )

Orders within the UK usually are delivered within 48 hrs but please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. This is an estimated time for delivery and cannot be guaranteed.We can offer an expedited service ( next day service. UK ONLY ) but this is only
available if you order on the phone before 12.00 noon.
Its costs £5.00 extra for an item under 1kg in weight, and £10.00 extra items over 1kg.
That cost is extra in addition to the standard £2.99 UK postage cost.

outside the UK I’m afraid.

How much is Postage and Packing?
The cost for postage is displayed at the BOTTOM of the items page.

Normally the cost for P&P on UK orders is £2.99, for Europe £3.99,
America and rest of the world is £4.99.
This cost is per order ( not each product ) and
will be added to the total of your shopping cart

I want to buy more than one item and combine postage – is this possible?
I’m afraid as we only accept immediate payments – this is not possible.

Can you do postage discounts?
No. We can’t do postage discounts, as each item
is set up to take immediate payment.
Its not possible to order them in bulk and discount the postage.
The only possibility is to use our online website at www.kapowgifts.co.uk
which charges a simple £2.99 per order ( not per item )

I don’t have paypal – can I buy with a cheque or cash?
No – we only accept paypal. Its secure, fast and keeps it simple.
The only alternative is to use another website like kapowgifts.co.uk
which has our details of how to order offline.

Part of my order has not arrived?
If you ordered more than one items
its likely they are sent in separate parcels –
some can take longer than other.
Please allow the full time scale stated for delivery ( as stated above )
if an item hasn’t turned up then contact us here to chase the delivery.

My order turned up wrong or damaged!
If you have a item which has arrived that’s incorrect or damaged.
please let us know here.
You will need to have your reference number
( stated on the email confirmation when you placed the order ) ,
and your name, postcode and items ordered.
email us via EBAY MESSAGING to chase an order

Please be aware if buying for a birthday or present that you allow enough time.
Please make sure you leave the full time allowance
stated above before chasing an order.
It’s not possible to do anything once an order is shipped.

Note- It can vary depending on the time of year –
at busy times like Christmas its likely to be longer.

How do I return an item?
If the item is damaged or the wrong item, fill out the form and we'll re-send a.s.a.p and refund you're postage costs.  Also we have a no quibble return policy so if its not what you want you can also return it. However in those circumstance postage is not refunded.  Email if you are in any doubt. Click here to print your return form.

How do I contact you about an order?
Please make sure beforehand you have checked the above questions
as these cover the majority of common queries.
You can then email via the ebay messaging service.

If you are emailing about an order please
have the following ready to avoid delay –
1. item number
2. name, address and postcode
3. and finally the items ordered.

If you have already emailed us and you feel your issue has not been resolved - you can make a formal complaint with us here!

We deal in 100% legitimate and licensed items - with licenses from independent artists and photographers, as well as full endorsed products licensed from bands, movies etc. If you think something infringes your copyright or trademark email us here and we can help you source the supplier and remove the items.
