 We try really hard to make sure that all our customers receive the orders and products that they want, promptly and in the best of condition. Unfortunately this isn always in our control, and mistakes and breakages do happen. Sometimes you might have even ordered the wrong item or product by mistake, and don realise it until you receive it!

If you want to return your goods for exchange, send them back to us within 14 days of receipt, in unused.

If the item is faulty we will give you a full refund or an exchange if possible. If you have just ordered the wrong item we will give you a store credit that can be used to buy any thing from our ebay shop. Our address to send returns is below.

As proof of postage cannot be regarded as proof of delivery, therefore we would suggest that you use recorded delivery, registered post or a courier to send items back. On expensive games or products it might also be a good idea to insure the goods for their full value, as we cannot accept liability for any damage or lost items incurred in the post.
