Thanks for visiting a Redhotstyling Auction. We sell a whole range of items for improving your ride. Both for the interior and for the exterior. We have everything from indvidual parts such as BMW Spoilers including the Mini to Subaru air intakes. We also have full body kits, shift knobs and genuine leather stearing wheels. Our products are all of a high standard and the materials used range from stainless steel to GRP and ABS plastic.

Where we post to
We are willing to post our products to most parts of the world. You should always remember that postage charges increase for large items such as bumpers or heavy items such as wheels. Postage costs for various destinations are shown at the bottom of this auction page. Items can be combined to get a reduced shipping rate if we are able to repack the items. As always any questions always check with us before bidding.
Important Shipping Info: A surcharge will apply to those in Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland Isles

VAT and Duty
VAT: Our auctions include UK VAT at 15.0%. This will be charged on all auctions with UK or EU addresses. If you reside in the rest of the world or you have a valid EU VAT number then auction will be exempt.
Duty: If you reside in a country outside of the EU. Then at the moment any goods sent to you may become liable for import duty. Import duties vary from country to country. All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. You may find that goods will be held by your local post office or courier office until the duties have been paid in full.

Refunds and Returns
If you are within the UK you are covered by the UK distance selling regulations. If you have any problems with an item or it does not arrive please contact us either by email or telephone. Once we have completed our investigations we always send out a replacement item or give a full refund. If you wish to return an item within the 14day window or because the item is damaged you must request a RMA number from us.
If you live outside the UK we also offer as standard protection against items not turning up or arriving damaged. Unlike other sellers we accept it is our responsibility to get the product to you in the condition we have described it in. Always sign for any parcels as unchecked. With damaged items we normally ask for a photo to be sent of the damage and with lost items we ask is for one of our lost in transit forms (which we supply) to be signed and returned to us.

Shipping
Goods are usually despatched by courier within three working days. However it can be up to 10days for certain items excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We use a variety of couriers for our deliveries depending on the destination from Royal Mail to DHL.
