We aim to provide an efficient and professional service; and we don't use automated emailing so bear with us for communication and invoicing, usually within one working day of auction end.
We always acknowledge payment as soon as your item is in the post,normally this is within a couple of days of cleared payment.

We are happy to combine postage, for any items where possible, providing you pay for them in one transaction....when buying patterns especially please email us when you require an invoice, or wait for us to combine your purchases and we will weigh all items together to calculate the best discount for youAs a rough guide, we can send about 4 'single leaflet type' patterns for the basic shipping cost of £1.00 UK/£2.40 Worldwide; any subsequent patterns will add roughly 20p each to the shipping costs and booklets will be slightly more. We regret we cannot offer personal collection, for insurance reasons.
