Jeanjeaneez is a general store, although we often stock railway magazines, vinyl, trading cards and football memorobelia. Our aim for our customers is to provide an excellent service by describing items openly and honestly, ensuring quick delivery. We try to spend time with each listing to ensure that any faults with the item are marked accordingly.

Every item will be listed individually and examined at the time for faults to avoid disapointment for the buyer. All merchandise will be properly packaged to ensure your product arrives in the same condition as described. Any problems will normally be resolved swiftly. Feedback will always be left. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment

We accept Pay Pal, and most cases, Postal Orders and Cheques.

Despatch

We post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For the service used see the item's description. If you require a different delivery service please contact us. With exception of cheque payments (including Pay Pal cheques), your item will be despatched within three days of payment. For cheques despatch will be within three days of clearance. If we are unable to meet our three day target we will contact you.

Postal Discounts

Other than any item that requires immediate payment via Pay Pal, we are happy to give postal discounts for multiple purchases. If you have bought an item and intend to bid or buy others, let us know and we will send them all out together

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item we accept returns, (unless otherwise stated in the listing). We refund the purchase price, minus any Pay Pal fee for doing so, on return of the goods. We do not refund any postage.

Lost Items

For items lost in the post we will provide proof of posting, for UK customers, so that they can make a claim. Foe overseas custmers we will make a claim on their behalf and refund on receipt from the insurer or post office.

Damaged Goods

We will refund the purchase price and postage. Photographic evidence must be provided.

Insurance

Available on request only, otherwise limited to £39 (post office limit)
