Hi. We sell many varied and interesting items ranging from large industrial items, to surplus MOD and shop stocks etc, to small individual items on behalf of friends and family etc.Our items are always good bargains. We enjoy trading on ebay, both buying and selling.
HOWEVER, please note, ebay is not a full time business. We are not a shop and we have a life other than ebay.
ie we may not be at the post office everyday, so if you want an item quick, please let us know or check first, and we will do all we can to help, but don't buy and then moan it isn't there next day. (But then don't wait 4 weeks for delivery, then say its not here and leave negative because I didn't drop everything to find where a £2 tin of paint got to)
Similarly, we may not be getting emails everyday, so give us a chance to answer. Don't send 5 emails at 8 in the morning and then moan we don't respond at 8.30
If you don't agree with postage costs, please ask first, or don't buy. You are welcome to collect.
We could do without the pointless question, especially if youre not even interested in the item. (have you noticed how many people must spend all day looking at other peoples listings just to have a go at what they're selling. We arten't forcing people to buy stuff)
If one of our listings seems incorrect, too good to be true, etc, please check with us or advise us, as some people seem to look out for gliches we may have overlooked and then expect us to send 20 x tins of paint to Australia for £0.99 incl.postage!!
Without going on too much, we are genuine people who like to deal with like minded people. If there is a problem, we will sort it out, but please do not be unreasonable.
We value our customers, but we are seeing more and more unreasonable buyers. If that is you, please do not buy from us.
