Postage and Packing

Postage and packing costs are clearly stated on each listing. The p & p costs to purchase more than one of the same item are also stated on each listing. If you purchase two (or more) different items off different listings, you may qualify for a postage discount. Just ask us to send you a total amount payable once you have made your purchases (the request can be made at checkout or from ‘My eBay’ by clicking ‘request total from seller’). Unfortunately no discounts for postage can be given after payment is made.

Please feel free to contact us at anytime of the buying process. Please be advised that the postage cost also pre includes a small cost for packaging materials. No hidden extras-the postage cost you see, is the postage cost you will pay.

Over 95% of all items are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri excluding Public and Bank holidays) of us receiving cleared payment.

We are not in the habit of inundating you with 5 – 6 emails in regard to a single purchase. We will simply send you one email confirming that payment has been received and to advise you of the dispatch of your item.  You will receive a further email once the item has been physically dispatched.

If you have any queries or questions, please feel free to email us (via eBay messages) at any time before or after your purchase. All emails will be answered within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of being received.   

For our customer’s assurance, proof of postage is always obtained when posting out all purchases. This is in the form of a Certificate of Posting, showing the receivers name/house number & postcode; stamped and dated by Post Office Counters. This can always be produced by us, upon request.
