| My youngest daughter Josie is 17 years old and now started work part time. Josie has a condition called scoliosis (curvature of the spine) she has had major surgery in march 07. the curve was 78 degrees! you can not tell looking at her now. Josie helps me out from time to time. Of late she has been in the press and on the news they all want to hear her story. Josie is sticking to her dreams and we are all behind her 100%. She was interviewed on 13th April for Japanese tv channel 4.
My oldest daughter is at Uni and just starting her third year and is studying for a marketing degree. Kayliegh dose help me out on ebay and covers for me if I'm ill. Kayliegh is very proud of Josie and admires her courage and ambition. Watching Josie go through the treatment itself was heartbreaking for all of us, as any parent/family would understand.

My family always chip in and help me out when it goes
crazy in the Christmas period. I have 2 great daughters
Kayliegh 20 and Josie 17. We live in Poole Dorset. We moved to Poole in 1998 from Chesterfield Derbyshire. Kayliegh and Josie went to school in Birdholme Chesterfield until july 1998.
I
offer the service you would expect in any high street
shop. That is were the quality really dose count. I
am a very reasonable person and were there is a problem
I'm 99% sure I can sort it out. I am not perfect and
I do sometimes make mistakes. I will always put my hands
up if it's my fault. Please take time to read my trading
policy. Most people who leave silly feedback have not
read my policy. Feedback once left is a final solution.
I take pride in customer care just read my feedback
or contact any of my customers and find out for yourself.
I will be on line everyday but do try and take a family
day on Sundays, emails are never ignored and will be
answered as soon as I am back on line. I do 2-3 post
trips per day the last one being between 7 and 7.30pm
