Do you combine postage for multiple purchases?
We can sometimes combine p&p charges, depending on your country and amount of
items purchased. If you wish to know whether we can combine p&p for your items,
please contact us after purchasing.
I have just paid for my item(s), when will they be dispatched?
Items are dispatched (First class UK) as soon payment is received, if payment
is received before 5pm. Otherwise items are dispatched first thing the next day.
We pride ourselves on delivery speed.
How do I know my item has been dispatched?
We try to contact all buyers to let them know that their item has been
dispatched. If you do not receive an email, contact us and we will give you the
date of dispatch.
How long will my item take to get to me?
Please allow 10 business days (Monday to Friday) for an item to reach you,
regardless of your country. Most of the time UK orders will reach you within a
few days, European orders in 5 days, and International orders in 10 days.
You have contacted me telling me I have not paid enough postage and
packaging for my items, what does this mean?
You may, for example, have paid .75 p&p for an item to be posted to USA, or
brought two items and only paid for one. Unless you have negotiated some sort of
postal negotiation, your item(s) will not be dispatched until the remainder of
the postage is received. We will contact you to let you know how much you are
required to send via Paypal to complete the payment. As it is such a small
payment being sent via Paypal, this payment will incur a surcharge and you will
be required to pay at least .25 as well as your missing postage amount. Please
read our postal rates very carefully before paying.

Can I send cash in payment
for an item?
Yes. However, cash is sent at the buyers own risk. Please send it in a well
concealed envelope. If paying cash in any other currency than GBP ( we will
let you know how much you are required to pay, as sending money in another
currency will incur a small surcharge (Usually no more than )
I am sending cash. What currencies do you accept?
UK Pounds Sterling (, US Dollars ($) and EUROs are the only currencies
accepted by us. Please find another method of paying if this is not possible.
If sending a currency other than pounds sterling, we may charge a conversion fee
of roughly .
Can I pay via Bank Transfer?
We prefer if you do not pay via bank transfer, but if it is the only method
available we will accept it. Any UK resident can pay us via a bank transfer.
After purchasing, we will send you our account details. We
do not accept any international bank transfers.
Can I send an international money order?
No. We do not accept money orders or cheques in any other currency other than
GBP ( as we simply cannot cash them. If we are sent such a payment, it
will be returned to you with unpaid postage.
Please send me the total of my item in US dollars, Euros, etc.
We are a UK seller and therefore only accept payment in GBP (. If you require
an estimate of your purchase in any other currency

How soon after purchasing must I pay?
Please pay within 3 days of purchasing. If you have not paid within 7 days, we
will file a report with eBay, unless you have contacted us letting us know if
there is a problem or a delay.
I paid too much (via Paypal) for my order. What do I do?
Please contact us! Email us with your eBay ID, Paypal Transaction ID and the
item number(s) in question. Due to the amount of orders we receive each day, it
is impossible for us to monitor every payment, as quite often Paypal send
duplicate emails. We will double check the payment and refund if needed. If any
fees are incurred on our behalf, we will not refund these. So please double
check that you pay the correct amount.
And what if I don pay for the item I have purchased?
We will leave you negative feedback and file a report against you with eBay.
This may lead to your account suspension and a complete ban from the eBay site.
Please only purchase something if you intend to pay for it.
I have paid for my item, can you leave feedback?
We always leave feedback after the buyer has done so. This way we know that the
transaction has been completed as the item(s) have reached you safely. Please do
not contact us asking us to leave feedback, we update feedback as soon as
possible.

What is a Tutorial/Tuition
Set?
Our Tuition sets contain many tutorials. These tutorials are very in depth and
real value for money. For example, if we say the Java Set contained 43
tutorials, we do not mean that one tutorial is ow to create an array in Java
another is ow to manipulate strings in Java 43 tutorials means 43 huge text
based tutorials. Each tutorial has hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of
pages. So one Java tutorial may mean a 350 page tutorial on Java Beans.
Can you describe the contents of the tuition sets? Our tuition sets are changing all the time and we
try to keep them as up to date as possible. You will find that all of our
tuition sets cover the most up to date versions of software or programming
languages.
What do I need to view the
tutorials?
Any kind of PDF reader (Such as Adobe) Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 is recommended.
We provide a viewer with most of the tutorial sets. CHM files work fine without
any reader under Windows.
If I purchase this item will it teach me how to create a hangman game (Or
some other specific use)?
The tutorials are designed to teach you how to program, or use applications. Not
to achieve a specific task. If you want to create a hangman game, the tutorials
will teach you enough for you to do what you want, but we can guarantee they
will teach you how to do one single, specific thing. If you want a program to do
a specific task, your best bet is using source code websites.
What if I have a non-specific product question?
If your question is along the lines of ill this Java tuition set teach me how
to use JavaBeans/Threads? ill this tutorial be any use with Macromedia
Studio MX 2004?or oes the .NET tuition set cover web applications etc.
These are perfectly fine, so please contact us if you are unsure.
All tutorials on the disc open fine, except for one, what can I do?
Please try the disc in another PC, using a different PDF viewer. If you are
using Acrobat reader 6.0, please use Acrobat Reader 5.0. This often solves any
viewing problems. If this fails, please contact us, letting us know what item
you have purchased, which tutorial has failed, any error messages received and
the viewers you have tried to view the files with and we will try to help.
Please do not contact us before trying these steps, we will simply refer you
back to this FAQ.
My item has arrived damaged.
Occasionally, items get damaged in the post. If this is the case, please contact
us with a description of the damage. We may require you to return the item to us
for checking. We will send you a replacement.
I cannot see any files on the disc!
Please check the disc in another PC, possibly with a different Operating System.
If this doesn help, please contact us with your details. If a replacement is
needed you will be required to return the item first.
There are files on the disc, but none of them will open!
First, please make sure you have installed a PDF reader. If this does not help,
please check the disc in another PC, possibly with a different Operating System.
Also check the files using a different reader. If you are still experiencing
problems please contact us, letting us know what item you have purchased, any
error messages received and the viewers you have tried to view the files with

How do I know I can trust you (ProLearning)?
We are a power seller and our feedback rating speaks for itself. We are a seller
you can trust. There are a few negative feedbacks on our account, but if you
read the feedback profiles of the buyers that left them you will see that they
are problematic buyers and the comments they left are false.
I have contacted you with a problem/enquiry, but you have not replied,
why?
If a question is not sensible, or already answered in this FAQ it is likely that
we will not reply. However, if you have a sensible enquiry or have received a
faulty disc (For example) we will always reply to your email. If you have not
heard from us within two days, the email may have gotten lost. Please contact us
again using the sk seller a questionoption from eBay. If you use Outlook
Express, you may want to choose the equest receiptoption to ensure that it
reaches us. If it is a problem, please do not take matters further by contacting
eBay and/or Paypal, retry emailing us and we will sort out the problem as soon
