Shipping Information

Due to the volume of orders we handle shipments are generally processed on a daily basis throughout the working week.

Your order will be shipped on the next working day after your payment is received*. (If a payment is received after 3pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be shipped on a Monday. The same principle applies for Bank Holidays).

We send all our packages by Royal Mail recorded delivery – to ensure they arrive and can be traced.

* If in exceptional circumstances this is not possible we will let you know at the earliest convenience.

Leaving Feedback

When you receive your item please leave feedback to let us know you are happy with your purchase and we will do the same.

Returns

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

You have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of Your Products in which to cancel your order.

Please contact us immediately on receiving the goods and then send them back to us in the original packaging unopened.

We do not refund shipping costs.
