Camo - Tackle Manager

Premierb0101 is part of the Tackle side of Premier Baits who have been around for over 20 years and have dealt in Tackle since 1998.

All Employees are avid Anglers except Ellen who's just married to one.

We have a large shop in Ramsgate, which specializes in Carp Tackle the shop is Managed by Camo who is also the Head Baliff for Mid Kent Fisheries.

The Shop Hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5.00pm. Sat 9am to 4pm.

 The Ebay Shop is Managed mostly by Ellen and Steve(Aquatic Feed Technician) with assistance from Camo. The Ebay shop also stocks Match Tackle and a limited amount of Sea Tackle. Let us know if there is any Tackle you would like to see listed.

We endeavour to provide good value for money and quality customer service to both our Ebay and Walk in Customers. (The only difference is Ebay customers have to make their own tea and aren't verbally abused.) However we are only human and don't get it right 100% of the time, Ellen has her I'm an idiot days. 

 We try to answer customer enquiries and questions ASAP, but some questions need research done before they can be answered properly, especially quotes for overseas shippping costs.  We don't man the computer 24 hours a day, so please give us at least 24 hours to answer questions.

We will combine postage costs for multiple purchases, just request an invoice, we may not send an invoice straight away but will do so within 24 hours.

We post and ship purchases ASAP, we do not hold on to items for days. We send a dispatch email, so you know when your item has been sent. 

Steve - eBay

We do get enquiries through Ebay messaging for Bait that isn't and can't be listed, Steve when available can answer some of these questions and Ellen has to ask Tony(Chief Aquatic Feed Technician) to answer them. These enquiries do need to be sent direct to the Bait guys themselves.

We are constantly adding items to our listings, Ellen likes fishing for Anglers so the occasional oddity also gets listed and at least twice a year the Bait Guys have a stock clear out of the freezers and these oddments of Bait are auctioned, its an opportunitey to pick up a quality Bait at the fraction of normal cost. We email our subscribers to let them know when its being auctioned, so thats two good reasons to add us to your favourite sellers list.
