Introduction

It is a fair description to say all the products we sell are of good quality and fairly described in our listings. Of over 1200 customers completing the survey on the 'eBay Detailed Seller Ratings' (April '08 to June '09) we have received a 4.9 out of 5 score by eBay for 'Item Received As Described'.

There are not many eBay sellers with over 1100 ratings that have achieved a higher score - so you can be certain our customers report we have described items we offer for sale accurately. However, if you buy any item from us and are in any way disapointed, simply return the item for a full refund - we cannot be fairer than that can we?

All posters offered for sale on our site are officially licensed.

Autographs

Many of those we sell have been collected in person. Others have been provided to us from trusted sources including autographs donated to three charities.

If we have not obtained an autograph personally we retain proof of purchase. Therefore we have a record of autographs we offer for sale and from whom purchased.

We took advice from Trading Standards in respect of buying and selling autographs and adhere closely to their advice.

Canvas & Photiqueblocs

These are all brand new and officially licensed products.

CD's, DVD's & Video's

Whilst some are used and not new they are all original. We do not sell copies.

Photographs

We purchase photographs from licensed suppliers. Some we produce ourselves as they are believed to be in the public domain or we own copyright outright. If you believe we are producing photographs that are subject to copyright then please email us and we will investigate the matter.

We have taken legal advice concerning copyright from both our solicitors and eBay.

Postcards and Greetings Cards

These are all brand new and officially licensed.

Limited Editions

These contain a photograph that is officially licensed, purchased by us from wholesale or retail traders or  is believed to be in the public domain. The descriptive text displayed within each Limited Edition is produced as the result of extensive research.

Each mount is produced to professional standard using hand held mounting and picture framing tools. The craftsman responsible for cutting the mounts is an experienced professional picture framer.

It is guaranteed that no more than the limit specified on the listing will be produced and a certificate of that 'Limited Edition Guarantee' is provided with each item.

Other Items

As with all items we offer for sale, we do our very best to ensure those listed in our shop as 'Other Items' are fairly and accurately described.
