Point Set Digital is an Edinburgh-based Limited Company selling iPod and computing accessories. We have been trading for over three years on eBay and we can offer low prices and a comprehensive pre- and after-sales support. When buying from us you can buy with confidence.

What’s your delivery policy?
We aim to send out your order as soon as possible; usually if you order before 3pm that means you’ll receive your item the next day. We send out items using Royal Mail First Class which is very reliable (the Royal Mail target is 95%), but sometimes it can take a bit longer. We ship all items from Edinburgh. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address upon checkout on eBay. Due to the way the eBay system works, the PayPal shipping address will usually not be taken into consideration.
Will I get a discount on multiple items purchased
Yes! We currently offer a 75p discount on shipping for each additional item purchased. This will be deducated automatically upon combining your items on MyEbay.
How about returns?
Our returns policy is (we hope) relatively straight-forward. There’s a 14-day period in which you can return the goods for a refund if you are dissatisfied. So long as the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out, we can provide a refund. Please contact us via the "Contact Seller" button..

Due to time contraints and to ensure that you receive a more complete support from us, we only offer e-mail support at the moment.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday early to late. This means that we can usually not reply to e-mails during the weekend. We will, however reply to all queries received during the weekend on Monday We usually reply directly to your registered eBay e-mail address. Please ensure that this is up to date, as otherwise you might not receive our reply. It often happens that support e-mails from us are being filtered in SPAM filters, so, if you haven't received a reply to your query yet after more than 24 hours, please check your SPAM filter first.
