We at Patmont Motor Werks are exceedingly diligent in our efforts to protect our Go-Pedbrand name and product. Many auctions claim in their title or description that the scooters they are selling are Go-Pedsor Pedseven though they are not manufactured or authorized in any way by Patmont Motor Werks. This is misleading to the public and fosters customer confusion as to the origin of the scooter. These auctions will be cancelled based on misuse of our trademark. This includes auctions that say ike a Go-Ped,ot a Go-Ped,etter than Go-Pedand the like. These actions are also against Ebay policy as eyword spamming.This policy is further discussed at http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-wordspam.html.
We will also terminate auctions which contain scooters that violate any of our many valuable patents or the well-known trade dress of the Go-Pedscooter. Patmont Motor Werks is a member of the VERO program and regularly monitors Ebay for such violations.
