Plebys track cleaning kits are firmly established as the No 1 track cleaner, Non toxic, non flammable and safe to ship worldwide.

An average standard section of track can take approx 3 minutes clean so you could restore a decent sized circuit in an afternoon (dependant on its condition of course). SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR !!!

EBAY RULES payment and shipping 

Plebys accept Paypal worldwide but you have to pay in GBP sterling only.

For UK customers, you have the option of UK only bank transfer or payment using a cheque drawn from a UK Bank as well as paypal but ebay is restricted to Paypal instant payment the 1st two options available via email or plebysproducts.com. If I reinstate cheque or other payments methods on ebay I'll end up with idiots ruining the sales again. When you pay using Paypal your goods are shipped to your paypal address ONLY. NO ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESSES. BEFORE 1300 GMT same day shipping or next working day. Cheque payments only accepted on plebys website 

The cutoff for sameday shipping is 1300 GMT. This allows us to pack your goods in time for our collection slot. The address we recieve via paypal is the address we ship to.

Every order shipped is insured & trackable. A signature is required on delivery. Usually an order will take anything from 1 to 15 days to arrive even if it is recorded. There is nothing we can do about it. After 3 working days drop us an email and I'll check the status of your order via the shipping no.

After 15 working days the Royal mail will consider your package lost and I will submit a claim. We can then ship a replacement.

Worldwide customers shipping prices include international signed for.

Non insured postage is not an option. Depending on your purchase it will not fit a letterbox . sending recorded saves everyone trouble. It is a condition of paypal that every consignment is insured with a trackable no.

NO REFUNDS ON POSTAGE.

Customer is liable for all return packaging/shipping fees which must be minimum recorded. Your responisbility to ensure goods are correctly packaged. As we only ship recorded you will be expected to sign for your package. Recieving a card from the royal mail means you missed the delivery. You have 5 working days to collect from your local collection office. After that time the parcel is returned to me. usually requiring repackaging.

Once returned, I will email you with the postal costs for redelivery.  MISSED DELIVERY, FAILURE TO COLLECT FROM ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION CENTER & NOT CONTACTED US WITHIN 30 DAYS WE WILL DISPOSE OF THE ITEMS TO RECOVER STORAGE.

SCAMMERS

We've delt with just about every scam there is. A Instant ban for all those who try it on and that includes abusive emails. I don't send abusive email and won't tolerate it either.

Plebys goal is turn your order around ASAP so you recieve your goods ASAP, Your track and slot cars serviced ASAP. All we ask is that you find the time to leave plebys feedback and we'll do the same for you ASAP.
