Payment must be received in ten days of end of auction (unless otherwise agreed) or you will be reported to ebay and the item will be relisted! From overseas buyers I only accept payment via paypal, sorry!My combined shipping has just got better! You only pay postage for the first item, yeay! So for any amount of items bought and paid for together within the space of one week (7days) first class to the UK is just 70p, first class recorded is £1.50 and for International buyers Airmail is just £1.50 and International Signed For is just £5.00. Sorry, but I cannot refund p&p for items that are paid for separately.
My Feedback policy has now changed. Positive feedback will be left automatically on receipt of positive feedback. Feedback is important as it shows me you are happy with your product and service if it hasn't arrived as expected please contact me via ebay messages BEFORE leaving feedback and I'll see what I can do, I'm very friendly and always do my best to help out. So far I've had no complaints from people who have actually contacted me about problems. I ALWAYS get proof of postage and this covers items up to £30, so I can sort it for you!
This is now my only job and commitment! Eep! So items will be posted out within 3 working days. This does not include Saturday and Sunday, so items bought and paid for after 10am on a Friday will be posted on Monday morning. Sometimes life and other things get in the way and there is a slight delay but I try to inform you when there is if I'm able to. If you require your item by a certain date, let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you before then! It takes 7-14 days and sometimes longer for items to reach the United States.
And last but not least, as I live on an Island in the North West of Scotland, our mail gets sent to mainland UK by Plane, sometimes the plane is delayed due to fog, high winds etc, just to let you know! They've just revamped collection times here so mail collected before 2pm gets flown to the mainland that day, items posted after 2 get flown the following day.
