1. INTRODUCTION

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular items. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to purchase from Pink Princess.

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 Our acceptance of an order takes place when you have paid and we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.2 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on or ebay listings.

3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and will updated where appropriate.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation

4.1.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us by:
(a) Written notice by post.
(b) Or notify us by using ebay messages.
(c) Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Where possible you must provide us with your item number, details of the goods you wish to return and your delivery details.

4.1.2 Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods (covered by section 4.2), when exercising your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, the costs of returning goods shall be borne by you. The goods must be returned to our Trading Address show in our Terms and Conditions, and reasonable care must be taken by you to prevent the goods being damaged before returned or whilst in transit.

4.1.3 Within 30 days of your notification to cancel we will issue you a full refund or credit for the amount paid for the goods.

Returns~

4.2.1 If goods supplied to you are damaged in transit you must inform us within 7 days upon receipt of the goods and return the goods to us (see 4.2.4).

4.2.2 If goods supplied to you are faulty or incomplete on arrival you must inform us within 28 days upon receipt of the goods and return the goods to us (see 4.2.4).

4.2.3 If goods develop a fault after more than 28 days of receipt and the goods are within the manufacturers warranty you must inform us within 14 days of the fault being discovered (see 4.2.4).

4.2.4 To arrange the return of goods covered in 4.2.1 - 4.2.3, you must inform us by:
(a) Written notice by post.
(b) Or notify us by using ebay messages.
(c) Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Where possible you must provide us with your item number, details of the goods you wish to return and your delivery details.

4.2.5 We will issue you with all the details required to return the item.

4.2.6 The goods must be returned to our Trading Address show in our Terms and Conditions. To avoid delays your ebay item number should be visible on the outside of your package and reasonable care must be taken by you to prevent the goods being damaged before returned or whilst in transit.

4.2.7 Upon receipt items which you claim are faulty, damaged or incomplete are checked by us. Returned items found not to be faulty, damaged or incomplete will be returned to you and the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

4.2.8 Upon a valid claim for faulty, damaged, incomplete goods we will either:
4.2.8.1 Replace the goods if we have sufficient stock.
4.2.8.2 Repair the goods.
4.2.8.3 Issue a full refund credit within 30 days of the date the relevant goods are returned.

4.2.9 The warranty covered in section 4.2.3 do not apply to any defect with goods caused by normal wear and tear, accident, deliberate damage, negligence, failure to follow the manufacturers instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturers permission.

4.2.10 All items returned to us by you are at your own risk, we advise you to check the items are correctly addresses, adequately packaged and that a reputable carrier is used to return the item to us using a traceable and insured delivery agent (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail).

4.2.11 Where the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incomplete goods covered in 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 is incurred by you, we will fully reimburse you this cost upon providing a proof of postage receipt.

The provisions contained in Section 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
