Hi, my name is Angela and I can usually be found among a pile of flying fur and stuffing! I've been making pcBangles' bears for 2 years now and design, cut, stitch and stuff all the bears myself and, although I consider it my "job" it feels a lot more like fun!!
My bears have mohair coats, although a few slipped along with faux fur. I like to make one of a kind bears, but also have small limited editions, usually 10 bears (depending on the amount of mohair I can stock!!) I am glad that you have taken the time to find out about my bears and hope you like them. Please do go meet those looking for hugs here. One of the best things about bear making is the warmth and passion that collectors have for their bears. I really enjoy sending a bear on to their new hug, knowing that they will be valued and treasured so well. I am experimenting with needle felting at the moment and bears have been sporting various features using this. I am now starting a range of bears with needle felted faces ... fingers crossed they are well received (look out for the elf bears!) Making bears is very satisfying, especially when someone else appreciates your creations. I hope you enjoy them and, better yet, that you decide to purchase one yourself. |
