We have been trading on EBay since February 07 and never looked back.
Our Promise
We normally despatch items the same day if ordered before 11am. After 11am the item will be dispatched next day.
With every purchase we send a confirmation e-mail on receipt of payment, we also send an e-mail when your items have been dispatched.
We try our best to answer all questions within 24 hours, but if we are extremely busy it may take a little longer.
All products we sell are brand new and genuine.
All products are sent from the UK, so there are no long delays from shipping abroad.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is through PayPal, we find this a simple and safe way to conduct business. We also accept Personnel Cheque, banker’s drafts and Postal Orders.
We are a MAIL ORDER company ONLY; we do not let people pick up their goods.
Delivery times
We know this is of high importance to most Customers, which is why we do our best to post goods out as soon as possible, usuallly same day. However delays are possible, we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail’s late deliveries or an item being lost in the post.
If you haven’t received your goods within 10 working days, please contact us, as it is likely that the item has been lost in transit (this can happen). You as a customer will NOT have to pay any further costs, as we will ship out a replacement ASAP.
Delivery charges
Please, if you are not happy with the delivery charge PLEASE DO NOT COMMIT TO BUY. We do always try to keep delivery costs down. Please look at the overall price (unit price + delivery) and you will see that we are very competitive.
Feedback
As cost and delivery times are of high importance to the customer, feedback is of high importance to our business. To receive negative feedback is hugely disappointing, as it means we have not met our customer’s needs. Please, PLEASE contact us first before leaving negative feedback, as I am sure we will be able to sort out any problems.
