After your auction or
BIN item ends, you will receive an email with all details and facts
about your purchase. This email also contains a link to make your
paypal payment.
If you don't want to use the ebay checkout, please make sure to
include your ebayname and item number in the payment, otherwise the
processing will be delayed.
As payment methods we accept PAYPAL and credit card payments through
paypal. We can not accept cheques or money orders. If you do not
have a paypal account or if you want to pay in another way, please
contact us BEFORE BIDDING.
We
usually ship all items within 2 working days upon cleared
payment.
Postage & Processing charges are stated in every item
description in the header and under 'Postage & Packaging'
You have the
option to select a shipping insurance to cover loss or damage of
your shipment on track. This is optional, but please be aware that
we will not take responsibility for a lost or damaged shipment if
you choose to waive the insurance.

PLEASE NOTE
International shipments might be subject to custom clearance and
duties. These laws vary from country to country and we can not
give any information regarding this topic.
All international parcels will be declared with the sale price and
the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and
local taxes. Please verify with your customs before making your
purchase.
You have the possibility to collect multiple items over a period of
10 days. Upon winning more
than one item, you will automatically receive a shipping discount on
each additional item that is paid for and shipped together.
PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our combined chipping offer you
must use our Checkout payment system ONLY after all auction have
been completed, and you pay for all of your winning items together .
If you use our shipping discount offer, we will charge only GBP
1.99 for each additional item within the same shipment.
There are different
shipping times to different places in the world. all items are
shipped from our warehouse in West Palm Beach, FL , USA.

Please note that there can always be delays for many reasons. If
the item is not delivered within the usual shipping time, please
contact us, we will investigate what might be causing the delay.
Uninsured items can not be tracked, and we will not take
responsibility for delays or losses in the mail if uninsured. We
are not able to locate uninsured items, therefore we strongly
recommend the insured shipment.
We know the importance of
feedbacks on the eBay marketplace. We leave our feedbacks
automatically through an automated system. The system will leave the
positive feedback right after we receive yours (of course only if
the item is paid for)
Before you leave your feedback, please be aware that there can
always be misunderstandings or mistakes. Please contact us and give
us the chance to solve the problem before leaving a neutral or
negative feedback, we will do the same.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, simply
ship it back to us within 14 days from the date the item was
received and we will refund the full price. Postage charges are not
refundable. Every returned item must be unworn, in its original
packaging and in resalable condition. If the item is not as
described or in 100% good condition, please ship it back to us. In
this case we will exchange the item to a similar one.
Please contact us via email before sending an item back to obtain a
return authorization form.

offer a shipping discount?
A> Yes, we do. We allow to collect multiple items over a period of 10
days. To benefit from the postage discount is easy, simply hold your
payment until you are completely done shopping. We will automatically
send you a revised invoice incl. the postage discount after every new
purchase. It is not necessary to inform us that you intend to hold your
payment and bid on further items.
Q> Do you ship
internationally?
A> Yes, we can ship to the following countries:

Q> My item is not delivered within the stated time period, what can I
do?
A> Unfortunately there can be delays of shipments for many reasons. The
usual shipping times are based on experiences, but it may take a few
days longer than stated, especially during peek periods such as
Christmas time or the weeks before holidays . In such case we kindly ask
you for a little patience. Almost all delayed shipments are delivered
within the next 2-3 days. If the item is not delivered 3 days after the
stated usual delivery time, please contact us, we will investigate what
caused the delay.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for a lost or damaged
shipment if the optional postal insurance was waived.
Q> What if I need to
return my item?
A> We offer a 14-day-money-back guarantee for any item. A returned item
must be unworn, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Your Buy It Now or winning bid amount will be refunded via the method
that you originally paid unless otherwise requested. S/H is not
refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as
described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. If you need to
exchange your item for a different size, you can do so if the required
size is available. Please note that in this case all s&h charges are
payable by the buyer. Before returning an item, please contact us via
email to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the return process
will be delayed.
Q> How long can I
wait to pay for my item?
A> From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have
exactly 10 days to complete payment. After that period we must cancel
the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a
refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if
you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed
within 10 days of your FIRST item being won.

A> We leave our feedbacks through an automated system for our customers.
The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who left a
feedback for us
Q> I already made the payment for my item, but I want to add another
item to the shipment, is this possible?
A> Unfortunately we are not able to add further items to a shipment once
the checkout for an item was completed.
Q> I have won a vest set, how do I tell you the size I need ?
A> Item sizes are indicated in every item
description, but if you need to change the size, we will do so if
available.
Q> I am unsure
about my size, can you help me ?
A> We will gladly try to help, but it is hard for us to help from the
distance. we recommend to take a look into a shirt or jacket that fits
and let us know what it says, also the best indicator to determine a
size is the chest width. Please also see the size chart in the item
description.
Q> I won a vest set, but it is too large/small, can I exchange it to a
different size ?
A> we will gladly exchange the vest to a different size (based on
availability) but all postage costs including return postage and
additional postage for the replacement vest are payable by the buyer.

purchase from you?
A> No, we are sorry. We only ship to the following countries: USA,

If your country is not listed here, we are sorry, we can not ship. If
you have purchased already, we will refund in full.
Q> Why was I charged import tax/custom duty for my international order?

Your country may charge custom duties
and/or import taxes for your order. The laws are different in each
country and it is not possible for us to give you advise on this topic.
We declare every order with the correct sale price and mark it in the
correct field as merchandise, WE DO NOT MARK SHIPMENTS AS GIFT. So
before you buy, please verify with your customs, because the BUYER is
responsible for ALL applicable import duties and custom fees. We do not
