We are Debbie and Glenn, a husband and wife team, and full ebay traders. Glenn first started playing around on ebay back in October 2003 initially selling off unwanted books and other nick nacks, which is why our user ID is Novel_Idea_books. Things have moved on a long way since then. We are now a limited company with office and storage premises in Harlow, Essex and primarily sell Music Cd's and Dvds. Glenn still sells books and miscellaneous collectables - which is more of a hobby than business. Our core business is CD's and Dvd's
With so many media sellers on ebay and other channels to choose from we fully appreciate that buyers have a wide choice of products and outlets. It is sometime frustrating to see one of our product lines being offered for sale cheaper than we purchased it from one of our wholesalers, and we often wonder why the item is being sold below retail price and where it was sourced. Thankfully buyers are getting wise to some of these 'Cheap' products and stick with sellers with a proven track record.
We know that buyers want a good price, but more importantly they want a good product, safe and secure dispatch of their goods and communications at all stages. Its important to know that money sent has been received and when a item has been packed and posted. Its also important to know that a seller values their reputation and will respond to any customer concerns and if appropriate replace an item or issue a refund. We are very grateful to all our customers who have taken the time and effort to leave feedback comments and we would invite you to read them if you have any doubts as to whether to buy from us or not. We also welcome emails offering advise about a product listing or just saying thank you for their item. Without happy customers we wouldn't be the success we are today, and its always nice to hear positive messages other than a single line of text in Feedback.
As full time ebayers with a new and productive business we don't have a lot of spare time at the moment, so its quite handy that we both love music. If you are thinking about selling full time on ebay we really recommend that you sell something you interests you, and in our case we settled on music and films. Our tastes in music isn't as broad as our product list, but is still quite inclusive. Within our home collection with have a real mix of artists and groups from Pink Floyd through to Mrs Mills and her piano. Glenn is into SF and we both enjoy action movies
