Why Nonstop_Mum?
I
am, like most mums a non-stop mum! I am married and have 3 children (my
youngest "Alfie" was born on the 3rd July 2004) - you can imagine life is
very hectic with a newborn - especially with Scott & Georgia's: cubs,
karate, swimming, ballet and rugby! I love my family, home and garden and
both Keith and I are always 'DIY'ing something!
I am
a legal secretary but only very part-time now. I am a mature student and
just finishing my training to qualify as a Webmaster/Java Programmer -
hopefully!! I love all crafts and am fortunate to own 2 Brother embroidery
machines. I love to digitize my own designs too. I have recently discovered
Pixel art and will be starting to design my own graphics shortly.
My
other love is E-bay and I am truly addicted. My 100% positive feedback shows
that I take pride in my business and aim to please. I would only sell items
I would be happy to buy and always give an honest description.
I
hope you can understand why I am Nonstop-Mum - a very happy one who insists
on her house being clean & tidy before the day starts!!!!

Over the last 4 years I have been working
extremely hard in building my postal packaging business and am a
genuine VAT registered UK
based company offering top quality items at prices far cheaper than the
high street. Every item is professionally packaged to ensure safe
shipment to you. I am here to stay, not just a 'casual seller'
with some mailing bags!! I am a genuine business, dealing direct
with manufacturers. I now have a brand new website which
offers special rates/discounts and it lists all my stock items.
I am constantly adding new items to my existing stock of
PURPLE, PINK,
RED, GREEN,
YELLOW,
BLUE, SILVER,
GOLD, BLACK and
GREY mailing bags, tissue papers,
boxes, bubble wrap, stationery items etc
I pride myself on my
dedication to my business, products and service. I supply only quality
products that I would expect to receive myself. I deal directly with
manufacturers and work very closely with them to ensure I get the best
quality products. I was the original seller of coloured mailing
bags on Ebay, since then there have been countless sellers who have
tried to copy me - but over the last couple of years of selling them I have
constantly worked with my manufacturer to get them just right, especially
trying to improve the opacity - the latest addition of my vibrant
green and gold
bags are really top quality bags which are 100% opaque so you can't see
through them and they are made from a much thicker film 70 micron (280
gauge) - please remember this when checking my competitors products. I
also like my bags to be nice bright and vibrant colours so
they really stand out in the post - I have had so many compliments from my
customers who say their customers love to receive such wonderfully coloured
parcels through the door! I personally feel that if you want to use a
colourful mailing bag then make it a statement by being bright and cheerful
- not dull, boring 'sludgy' colours!
When I receive my
deliveries my family and I do our own quality control and hand
count and package every item to ensure you receive top quality
products. Because I take the time and effort into supplying my customers
with only first class products I am left with vast quantities of 'seconds'
which I use for my own purposes but from time to time I have so many I put
them on sale as 'special offers'. They are perfectly useable - just not
'A1' that I like to supply as standard stock. Look out for these special
offers because they sell out quickly.
I also pride myself on my
customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item
please contact me using the 'Contact Seller' form or on 02380 840094 and I
will be happy to help. Please note that as I am a busy mum I do run my
business around my family so there may be occasions when I am out on the
school run or working in my store getting my orders together so may not be
available immediately but I reply to every email / message received -
if you have not received a reply within 48 hours there may be a
communication problem - please send your email / message again.

I take great care
packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. I charge a
postage fee only to cover my costs of materials and labour - please
remember that p&p is not just the cost of a stamp. Once your order
has been processed and I have received cleared payment, your item
will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if
you are paying by cheque.
UK POSTAGE: I post all items 2nd class post, any parcel over
2kg in weight will be sent 1st class or via courier - please note I
cannot personally accept responsibility for items once they have
been handed over to the Royal Mail - if you wish the item to be
tracked this is available at an extra cost although please be aware
that Recorded Delivery is not a trackable service it is simply a
proof of delivery for the seller. If you require any other methods
of postage or require additional insurance please email me through
the 'contact seller' form with your requirements and I shall let you
know the additional postage costs.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE: All parcels under 2kg will be quoted for
1st class airmail unless you specifically require surface mail - but
please note that the delivery time for surface mail is obviously
longer than airmail so please bear this in mind if you do require
your items urgently. All parcels over 2kg will be sent in split
parcels due to weight constraints and also the postage costs. If you
do require any form of insurance/guarantee please email me and I
will happily send you a quote for services available.
NOTE: I aim to despatch your items within 24 hours of cleared
payment however I am completely dependent upon the third party ie.,
Royal Mail or courier for actual delivery. Royal Mail state 2-3
business days for delivery although this varies. If you consider
your order is taking longer than anticipated please email me using
the 'Contact Seller' form and I will look into the matter. Royal
Mail will not class an item as lost until 15 days have passed. My
courier is generally next day delivery - this is the next working
day from the date of collection from me but if your parcel is sent
on Friday delivery will not be until the following Monday unless
extra is paid for Saturday delivery. All courier deliveries will
need to be signed for - if no-one is available to sign a card will
be left and you will need to arrange a mutually convenient time for
the courier to re-deliver. If possible please let me have your
telephone number so that the courier can call you if they experience
any problems whilst trying to deliver.
