Delivery
Our aim is to despatch orders recieved within 24 hours, in busy seasonal times we cannot always guarantee this.

Royal Mail: Items sent by Royal Mail may require a signature, please allow between 2-5 working days for your parcel to arrive. Goods sent via Royal Mail are not classed as missing until 15 working days have passed, we will not able to send a replacement to you in the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive until this time has passed.

City Link: Prices at £5.99 are sent via City Link 48 hour service. (2 working days). Prices at £9.99 are sent via City Link 24 hour service. (1 working day). If you haven't received your goods by within the delivery schedule please email or call us. Tracking details will be e-mailed once item is dispatched.

Payment
Please note: We accept Paypal in accordance with eBay seller protection policy, we only dispatch goods to the registered address on the eBay invoice.

We also accept payment by: Credit or Debit card securely via our sales line number: 0115 9410559. They will be subject to own rigorous fraud checks and will only be delivered to the registered card addressess. All Auction, Shop Inventory and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Terms & Conditions
We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any impiled warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that the item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with yout item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Contracts for the purchases of goods by a customer not acting in the course of a business and made via eBay are subject to the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, with the exception of Software/ mapping and Music CD/DVD products. These items are not refundable due to their nature.

The notice of cancellation must be delivered within seven working days of the date of goods delivered to the nominated address.

The following conditions apply;
a), The consumer will be responsible for all delivery costs, including the organisation and cost of returning the goods making sure they are adequately packaged and insured.

b), The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resaleable conidition.

c), If points a) and b) are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer minus 15% restocking fee, postage cost will not be refunded.

If you item is or becomes defective within the first 28 days of purchase you MUST call us first, we may be able to resolve the issue over the phone. If the unit has to be returned you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number and we will email you a FREEPOST returns label. It is the customers responsibilty to obtain a "certificate of posting" in the event the item should go missing or damaged in transit. .
