• Orders will ship immediately (except public holidays, Saturday and Sunday), if payment received and cleared before 12pm GMT+8 item will ship same day.

• Item shipped from Malaysia post office by airmail.

• It usually takes 7-14 working days for delivery depends on location. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors; sometimes for international shipment it may takes up to 30 days.

• Please contact us and check the item in your local post office if you still have not received the item 30 days after payment.

• Insurance is optional to buyers, we highly recommend buyer purchase insurance for international recorded airmail / standard airmail to secure your item, therefore the optional insurance will pre-selected.
