Things that you need to know before buying from Us:

I will happily combine postage on multiple purchases but please do not pay by PayPal until you have received an invoice showing the correct amount of postage to be paid. If you make separate PayPal payments for multiple purchases, I may not be able to reduce the postage costs.

In general, I ask that you leave feedback on receipt of your purchase and I will do the same. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me.

It is my aim that you will always be happy with your purchase from me but, in the unlikely event that you are not and wish to return your purchase then you will need to notify me within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return it in an unused and saleable condition. Sealed items must still be sealed and you must return the item to me by Recorded Delivery or other traceable method at your own expense. I will then refund the cost of the item but not the original outgoing postage costs.

If your purchase is faulty, I will do everything possible to rectify this.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
