As the name implies, here at Ms Millen we are very partial to Karen Millen clothing! While that isn't all that we sell, her designs make up the bulk of our listings - purely because we love the style, detail and finish of her clothing and feel that those qualities set her items apart from other high street stores.
The items that we sell are guaranteed to become a cherished part of your wardrobe - complimented and admired wherever you go. We spend many hours a week sourcing our items to ensure that you have access to the rarest and most coveted garments - many of which are very rare and unavailable in the shops.
Many of the items we stock are brand new with tags and in A1 condition, others are purchased direct from our Karen Millen supplier and have tags and labels removed to comply with sales regulations. Some of our items are pre-owned, however these are only listed if they are in an excellent condition. We never sell anything we wouldn't be happy to wear ourselves, and all faults and flaws are always clearly listed and where possible, photographed.
Customer Service is our main priority here at Ms. Millen and we want all of our customers to leave us delighted with their purchase and happy to recommend us to others. If, on the rare occasion you are unhappy with anything you have bought from us - please let us know. We are only ever an email away and most likely able to rectify any problem that you may have.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
All of our items are posted within 4 days of receipt of cleared payment. This is the absolute maximum time that we will take to get your item to you, as many items are sent within 48 hours of payment. All items are sent fully insured and tracked through Royal Mail, meaning you are completely covered against loss in the event that your item should go missing in transit. (Please note, we operate strictly in accordance with Royal Mail's policy regarding the waiting times required for an item to be deemed lost. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is expected within 7 days of winning purchase. If Payment has not been received within this time frame and we have not been contacted by the winning bidder we will begin non-paying Bidder proceedings through eBay. This may result in a strike being issued on your account.
For UK buyers, we accept payment through Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer into our UK account.
For International buyers, we accept payment through Paypal and Bank transfer using out IBAN code. Please contact us for details of this. Unfortunately due to charges issued by our bank we cannot accept foreign cheques or postal orders.

RETURNS POLICY
All items are checked thoroughly and photographed prior to dispatch to ensure that they are just as described. Therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description, all items are assumed to be in perfect condition with no flaws.
Please note that Karen Millen sizes tend to come up smaller than those of many other high street designer stores so it is essential that you check your measurements with those provided in the listing.
We understand that purchasing clothing unseen can be a bit hit and miss in regards to sizing, so we offer the following policy:
In the event that you have purchased an item that does not fit, we will happily send you the full un-compressed, un-watermarked images that we used in our listing along with the description used so that you can re-list the item yourself. We find that this tends is a more cost effective way for you to receive a 'refund' anyway, as postage is not being paid twice returning the item to us. Due to the nature of sales on eBay, there is also always the possibility of the item selling for more than you originally paid us!
If you would prefer not to resell your item on ebay, we do offer refunds for the full sale price if the item is returned to us at your own cost within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we do have to charge a small restocking fee of £5 per item for this service as selling on ebay is not free, and we have to cover our original listing fees, as well as the costs involved with having to resell your item again.
