Why did my auction get shut down? It sucks to have your auction ended when you feel like you haven't done anything wrong. Most people who have their auctions shut down didn't even know that what they were offering was infringing. Others take advantage of the system by attempting to hide their infringing items even after being warned. We suggest that you take the high road and do the right thing. Do not sell CDR copies of music you don't own. A good tip is that if what you are selling doesn't have copyright information, a proper record company logo or is a CDR - it is probably illegal. |
