The UACC and AFTAL state that COA'S do not have to be issued as having a COA does not mean the Autograph is genuine this is all down to the dealer in question ask as many questions as possible before purchasing i mean a COA is not going to make a £15 Marilyn Monroe signature real is it.
Always be wary of Ebay sellers that hide there feedback as private as this just means they have something to hide.
PLEASE BEWARE - only buy Autographs of genuine AFTAL Reg Dealer's and UACC Reg Dealers (You can tell a UACC Dealer from a member as Dealers have 3 Numbers and not 4 anybody can become a member of the UACC but not many can become Dealers).
Also make sure that they can Provide 100% proof were there Autographs were obtained as there are a proliferation of fakes for sale especially on Ebay.
As a general rule if the price is to good to be true then it follows that so may be the Autograph - especially if the vendor cannot prove the exact source of the signature.Please ask as many questions as possible before buying as i bet not many sellers will give a refund.
Also be sure to check if they offer there address and contact numbers as if they do not then how can you trust them.
