SENDING YOUR PHONE FOR REPAIR
Send your phone to the address above. We advise that you use special delivery and pay for special delivery return when purchasing your item. You do not need to send the battery or sim card. If you require a software upgrade, please back-up all your numbers or saved messages, as these may be lost during the flashing process.
We will notify you as soon as we have dispatched your phone back to you, this is usually day of receipt, but always by the end of the following working day. Special Delivery (next day) is only guaranteed for a weekday, not Saturday.
UNDER WARRANTY
Our technicians are able to repair your Nokia phone problems which are covered under the manufacturers warranty. We can also offer a free software upgrade to the latest version. In the event of us not being able to repair your warranty fault, we forward the phone direct to Nokia for repair or replacement free of charge. Should your phone be beyond economical repair through physical or liquid damage, it will be returned to you free of charge.
OUT OF WARRANTY
Should the problem with your phone not be covered, such as a broken LCD or if your phone is out of warranty, we are still able to help by offering a very competitive repair service. Quotes on non warranty repairs are free and work is guaranteed for 90 days against the same fault returning with a full money back guarantee. We can upgrade the software on out of warranty phones from a nominal sum of £15.

All our products are GENUINE NOKIA PARTS We have a fast turn around and aim to inspect every phone on the day it arrives, with most repairs/fittings being completed the next working day. We also dispatch all orders the same, or next working day.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal for a quick and efficient service, or you can pay over the phone by debit card, and most major credit cards

POSTAL CHARGES
Due to the high demand for GENUINE NOKIA products we are sending a large volume of parcels every day. We have a retail shop and a busy service centre; we employ extra people who are solely responsible for mail order.
Our postal charges also include packaging costs and any fees involved. All our items are sent via a recorded service. By employing someone to do this we can ensure that your item is dispatched as quickly as possible, usually the same day! We therefore ask that you do not just look at the actual cost of the franked mail, but take into account all the costs involved in sending your item. |
RETURNS POLICY
In the event of a fault, we will replace the item, and refund your return postage. If the return is due to the mistake of the buyer, we reserve the right to charge repeat postage cost to send a replacement, and the buyer is responsible for return of the item by RECORDED MAIL. If uninsured postage to Europe is chosen, we will not be responsible for items lost in the post. We will provide the buyer with proof of postage to assist with their claim. Insured postage is always available, and always recommended |
