Based just outside London, I have 15 years experience as an international antiquarian bookseller, before which I had a chain of shops in the food industry. Specialising in fine leather bound volumes and library sets, I also offer a bespoke collection-building consultancy.

Whether you are creating a library, adding to your existing collection or seeking the perfect gift, I aim to combine my own lifelong passion for books with a friendly and high quality service.

PACKAGING
All books will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and bubble-wrap; individual volumes will be further protected by corrugated cardboard and brown paper, sets and multiple purchases will be well padded in strong double-wall boxes.

SHIPPING
Books will be shipped by Royal Mail or, in the case of heavier items, DHL Couriers or similar companies. All books are shipped using trackable, signed-for services. I aim to ship within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by Paypal, by personal cheque in £ sterling only, or by Electronic Funds Transfer. Please note that Paypal takes up to 2 weeks to clear echeque payments into my account and items will be shipped immediately thereafter.

RETURNS
Any item may be returned if you are not happy with it providing I am notified within 7 days of your receiving it. The item must be returned by a tracked shipping service and payment already received will be refunded in full immediately upon my receipt of the item in the same condition as it was received by you. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

INSURANCE
Full insurance against loss or damage of books in transit is included. Written notification of loss and pictorial evidence of damage where appropriate is required before claims can be attended to.
