My name is Mike Jones and I am a self confessed car nut. I trained at Barnfield College in Luton as a technical illustrator and have done work for many motor manufacturers over the years including Rover, Land Rover, Jaguar and Vauxhall.

These days my full time job does not involve illustration, but I keep my pencils sharp doing the odd job as technical illustrator for Volkswagen Driver and Audi Driver magazines.

I have always had an interest in drawing cars and have drawn some of my favourites for displaying in my office (play room) at home. The idea of selling limited prints of these drawings came from a friend who saw them and asked if he could have copies.

I try to make my car drawings as accurate as possible and I do not do those caricature pictures, which although very clever, are sometimes hard to tell what the car actually is supposed to be.
