DELAYED ITEMS:
All our items are sent via ROYAL MAIL and are estimated to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days; however we have noticed that on some occasions, a delivery has been attempted while no one is at home. The parcel is then taken to a LOCAL ROYAL MAIL DEPOT without being delivered and more often then not a calling card is not left at the delivery address to notify you either.
The parcel is held there for up to 15 working days before being returned to us.
So if you have not received the parcel on time, please contact your local sorting office to enquire about your parcel.
If you are unable to find the parcel please do not hesitate to contact us via the eBay messaging service.
Delivery Address:
We do everything possible to ensure your item is sent to the requested address. Under no circumstances can we deliver to a different address to that which is stated on your eBay account, you can change you address or add an address at the time of purchase if a different delivery address is required please change it before purchase.
Faulty Goods:
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt; please contact us through eBay communications.
Non-Faulty Goods:
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. We will not refund the postage under any circumstances. We will retain 10% of the final value of the goods in the event of a refund there is no negotiation this point.
Returns for Refund:
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
Feedback:
We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Should there be a problem with the item or if it is lost or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem for you. We will automatically leave a positive feedback to everyone who has completed the transaction and leave us positive feedback. Please do not forget to give us a FIVE STAR RATING on all of the detailed seller ratings. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction; please contact us before you submit your evaluations. We believe that everything could be solved by communication.
