Mary Frances Accessories Inc. has been in operation since 1990. Mary Frances, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, started her company as a fashion accessories designer to bring a "certain something" that the accessories marketplace lacked. Mary Frances now produces five collections of handbags and accessories each year. The line has always been distinguished by beautiful embellishments, sometimes eclectic and definitely for the woman who wants to have fun with her accessories. Over the past year wee been vastly increasing the value of the line with richer components, more unique, sometimes rare fabrics and trims, and in general a more sophisticated level of design. Every Mary Frances piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

To protect our customers, dealers, and distributors, Mary Frances Accessories Inc. "Mary Frances" monitors eBay and the Internet for violations of our trademark name. We wish to ensure that customers will receive only authorized Mary Frances products sold by Mary Frances authorized dealers and distributors. We also monitor Ebay for the illegal use of our images and materials in auctions. If you received an email about your auction, or your auction was removed by the Ebay VeRO (Verified Rights Owners) program, your auction violated one of the following most common trademark or distribution infringements: (1.) Item is not a Mary Frances product but has the Mary Frances trademark in the description and/or title of the auction. (2.) Item is offered as new by a seller located in the United States or abroad, but the seller is not an authorized Mary Frances dealer. Some personal items may be excluded as long as the auction does not mislead bidders in believing the seller is a Mary Frances dealer. (3.) Item is offered as new and seller is a Mary Frances dealer BUT NOT authorized by Mary Frances Accessories, Inc. to sell on Ebay and/or the Internet.
