HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH OF USING A 'NORMAL' TITLE?
Then
today is your lucky day, because here is an opportunity to LEGALLY
change your Title.
With this item for YOU & YOUR PARTNER or for a COUPLE,
YOU can LEGALLY change your
Titles, and have a Certificate and Legal Documents to
prove it!
This
is quite probably the most unique gift you can find. Whether it be for
a wedding, birthday, anniversary or any other occasion, it is superb
for anyone over 18.

We are
offering for sale the legal documentation required under UK law to legally change your Title.
You may have seen listings on eBay for tiny and worthless plots of land
in Scotland, which do not legally entitle you to change anything, other
than you seeing a reduction in your bank balance for buying it. Please beware - a square foot plot of land in Scotland can NOT be registered with the Scottish Land Registry which means that there is absolutely no way of proving ownership.
If
you require more than two of the Title Change Deeds, you can visit our
eBay shop where there are a number of different packages on offer,
along with appropriate merchandise to enhance the impact of your
purchase.
UK
and International Law gives anyone the right to style themselves
however they see fit. It is one of the 'Human Rights' which few people
actually realise exists and is one which is more common sense than most.
We
do not sell plots of land so please do not confuse this item with other
listings you may come across which are totally worthless. Because we do
not sell thousands of these, you will never have the embarrassment of
being at a dinner party and introducing yourself as 'Laird of XXX' only
to have your friends laugh in your face when they reveal that they too
have the same 'Title'.
BEWARE:
Scottish Law states that if the land is only one square foot, it
need not be officially registered ANYWHERE. Therefore, if you do buy a
square foot of land in Scotland, who is to say that it hasn't also
been sold to thousands of other people!?!?!
Each Silver-Foil Pack includes:
• A two-page covering letter with full instructions on how to change your Title
• A spectacular 4-page Title Deed on beautiful ivory parchment paper
• A stunning ivory parchment certificate, hand-signed, by the Grand Master of a Private Chivalric Order
• Full access to the Order's website, providing discounts on business products from other Members.
• The opportunity to advertise your own business, free of charge to the thousands of other Members via the Order's website.
The Ivory Parchment Certificate is A4 and can therefore be framed and placed where everyone can see it.
Why buy this item and not land in Scotland?
Unlike
a tiny and worthless plot of land in Scotland, this item enables the
recipient to legally change their Passport, Driving Licence and Bank
cards etc.
The Title is yours for your lifetime and is ideal as a special gift for that special occasion.
Because
you are not buying land, there is no risk of a change in the Law
regarding Land ownership, so you have no risk of suddenly being hit
with bills that you never expected.
There are no further fees payable
You will NEVER regret this purchase.
If you require a specific date on the Parchment certificate, we can also provide a bespoke date.
Frequently Asked Questions
In the unlikely event of you not being able to contact us via telephone, please read our FAQs below.
Q. Can I actually send off the Change of Title Deed to the Passport Office, DVLA, Bank etc.?
A. Yes, and you will be amazed when you see the results.
Q. Am I purchasing any land in Scotland?
A. No. We do not sell land in Scotland. Ownership of land in Scotland does not make you a Lord.
Q. I have seen other listings but why should I buy from you?
A. We actually provide the LEGAL documentation to effect the change in your title, not just a certificate. Check out our feedback - 100% positive.
Q.
I had a square foot of land in Scotland for Christmas last year and I
took the certificate to the Bank to see if they would change my details
and they just laughed at me. It was so humiliating. How is your product
different?
A.
We have heard this so many times! Under United Kingdom law, you need to
produce a Change of Title Deed in order to effect the change at the Bank,
Passport Office, DVLA etc. We actually provide that Deed, ready-made
for you. This avoids the embarrasment so many people have had when they
have bought land in Scotland and thought they were a Lord.
Q. Do you sell thousands of these?
A.
No, we don't. This provides the added benefit of exclusivity, something
which you don't get by being a Laird of a Scottish Estate, where there
are thousands of other Lairds of the same estate. Imagine the
embarrasment of being at a party and introducing yourself as 'Laird of
Wherever' only to discover that the person you are talking to is also
the very same 'Laird'!!!
Q. Can I purchase one for someone else?
A.
Yes, you can. However, the recipient must be over 18 years of
age. Simply advise us of the name you wish to have on the certificate
and the Change of Title Deed, along with the intended recipients full Name
(including present Title) and full current Residential Address. When
you order, if you require a special date, such as a Birthday or
Anniversary (or Christmas), please let us know. All of our items are
Bespoke and not pre-printed.
Q. Can I use my title to commit fraud?
A. No. You may not. You may not use it to commit fraud, or obtain money by deception.
Q. Can I use my title safely and legally, or will you apply to register it as your own Trademark, so if I did use it, you could sue me?
A. Yes, you can use your Title safely and quite legally without having the worry of being sued by us. The same can not be said for any 'Laird Titles' that you might come across for sale on eBay, where the vendor of the 'Title' has also applied to register the 'Title' as a Trademark, meaning that anyone who actually tried to use that 'Laird Title' would be exposed to legal action for the mis-use of a Registered Trademark.
Q. Why is your postage that much?
A.
The presentation silver envelope, the documentation and the sheer
weight of the card envelope we send all weigh over 100grams. Due to the
weight and the cost of the envelopes, this is how much it costs. Beware
of cheap postage options. The card envelopes we use are not cheap
board-backed, they are 100% card.

ebay
& prospective purchasers please note: In order to comply with eBay
policy and the Law, we do not sell British Titles, nor do we sell
Lordships of the Manor. A Lordship of the Manor does not entitle the
owner to call himself 'Lord'.
The Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act
1925 makes it a criminal offence to sell or buy, or to attempt to sell
or buy, certain British titles.
The following titles are not permitted
to be listed for sale on eBay: Duke and Duchess, Marquess and
Marchioness, Earl and Countess, Viscount and Viscountess, Baron and
Baroness (called Lord and Lady of Parliament in Scotland) and
Knighthoods or Baronets.
Lordships of the Manor may be listed for
sale on eBay. However sellers must not suggest in their listings that
these manorial lordships are aristocratic titles or that the buyer will
be entitled to be addressed as "Lord", "Lady" or any of the above
titles. This is misleading and may also be in breach of the Trade
Descriptions Act 1968.
Scottish Feudal Baronies may be listed
for sale on eBay provided that the seller makes it clear that these
relate to Scotland and that the listing is not misleading in any way.
