Hello and thank you for visiting our About Me page. My name is Dan Treadwell and I am the manager of the eBay division of London Bar & Kitchen. London Bar & Kitchen LTD, (LBK) is a long established Limited company, which is based in Watford (North of London). LBK provides professional, industrial bar and catering equipment with all the accessories you could possibly need such as cleaning, disposable and hotel products. With internet shopping becoming more popular and safe to use, we have recently decided to start offering our products on eBay. So far this has been going very well, as you can see from our feedback. In order to offer our customers an optimal, personal service, all of the LBK staff must have prior experience within the catering and bar industries. This allows us to give helpful and useful advice to the individual needs of each customer.We do our up most to ensure our customers receive an excellent and personal service by making sure we are not a faceless call centre. Each order is individually dealt with and checked over to add that personal touch. We use a courier service to deliver all of our parcels. In the unlikely event that there are any delivery issues, (ie goods not delivered correctly). We will do our best to rectify the problem ASAP upon you contacting us.
