When you purchase a model from LobsterDiecast you know that you are dealing with people who share your passion and take a pride in providing excellent customer service. As enthusiasts, our interests are mainly in European classics with French cars being particularly prominent. This enthusiasm stems from owning a long line of French cars and having a keen interest in all things automotive.
The models we stock are those which we like and we think are good quality and offer good value. We specialise in 1/43 and 1/18 scale model cars by manufacturers including Minichamps, Norev, Spark, Altaya, Oxford Diecast and Maisto as well as many others. All our models are brand new in original packaging and are sourced from official UK and European suppliers. All models listed are held in stock and are ready for immediate despatch. Your item will normally be despatched within 24 hours of us receiving your payment and will always be despatched no later than 48 hours from the moment you pay.

One of our most frequently asked questions is the size / dimensions of models we stock. There are 4 main scales of models we sell; 1/76, 1/43, 1/24 and 1/18. As a guideline the average lengths of these models are;
1/76 – 5cm
1/43 – 10cm
1/24 – 18cm
1/18 – 23cm
Postage, Feedback, Returns and Contact Info.
Postage costs cover actual postage fees and the cost of packaging materials including boxes, parcel tape and bubble wrap. We always ensure you are charged a fair price for our postage and packaging.
We always leave feedback for our customers. However, we ask that you leave feedback for us first. We ask this so that we know that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy about your purchase, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve any problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Returns – Our returns policy is very simple. We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item. All items must be returned postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please inform us if you wish to return an item and follow this return procedure - return item within 14 days, in original packaging including padding to prevent transit damage ensuring any loose parts are secured. We will process returned items and issue a refund within 2 days of receipt.
