OUR MAIN SERVICES AND FEES
A) Limited Company
Incorporation – 249 GBP
Our office will incorporate a
company for you for 249.00 pounds which covers all expenses associated with
the company registration. In addition, Company address for your post.
Your firm requires an initial bank
balance of 5000 LEV (approx. 2500 EUR) which you must provide in to your own
bank account.Money can be withdrawn after the incorporation process. We do this
with our own money and there is no need for you to send it over to Bulgaria.
B) Finalizing Deal – 150 GBP
If you can not come to Bulgaria Our Company can conclude the deal for you.
This will cost you 150.00
GBP.
We will deal with everything in your absence.
The fee
includes: Representation and everything related to the deal - meeting the
seller at the Notary Office to finalize the deal, having the property signed
over and putting it into your Company Name.
In order to do this and to pay
your bills (if you are in funds) we need your Power of Attorney and your copy
of Company papers (notary stamps).
C) Company Administration – 150 GBP a year
Full company book keeping,
accounting and administration servicing.

INCORPORATION OF A LIMITED COMPANY – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Currently Foreign Nationals are
not allowed to own land in Bulgaria,
whether it be a plot of land or a Property which is sold with land. This will
not change untill 2014.
The normal way around this
obstacle is for clients to have a firm/company incorporated in Bulgaria and
own the land as an asset of the business.
LEGAL FEES
Legal fees for the purchase of a
property are:
3%-5% of the price of the Property,
2%-5% stamp duty,
1% Notary tax
40-100 EUR to write the new Notary
deed
All documentation is checked and
verified by the Notary in the area where the property is situated, before
transfering the ownership of the property to your own limited company.
