RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns if the item is faulty and within 7 days of receipt. Returns postage costs are the buyers responsibility. Please read listing details carefully and only purchase if you really want the item!
POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch items as soon as possible...normally within 24 hours, although we don't dispatch evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
If you are ordering multiple items, please request a total postage costs quote/invoice. Items sent together usually reduce postage costs.
Most items are sent through royal mail. We always obtain a certificate of postage and receipts. Please note that we are not responsible for lost post.If an item is lost, we are able to file a claim with Royal Mail for re-imbursement of item cost. If claim is successful then we can either refund the item cost to you or send a replacement. This can take up to 4 weeks to finalise and we can only refund item price not postage costs.
