LEPRA - Health In Action
Leprosy still exists and we can cure itBut we need your help!

LEPRA is an overseas charity that works to address unmet health needs of people affected by leprosy, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and other health conditions exacerbated by poverty, discrimination and stigma.
LEPRA's primary focus still remains on the eradication of leprosy.
Our growing reputation has meant we are increasingly being approached to take on more vital projects and are therefore able to reach and treat more people.
All too often we are the only organisation that people can turn to; our direct intervention saves tens of thousands of lives every year. As well as providing direct medical assistance, LEPRA also engages in extensive awareness campaigns overseas that are designed to help overcome stigma and teach communities how to protect themselves.
