ABOUT ME:
I am a fully professional Record and CD seller and have been trading since 1986
but I've been collecting records since the 1970s.
My specialist areas are Rock, Pop, Indie & Reggae
Mostly in 12", 7" & CD single format but also including
picture discs and limited editions

ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS OFFERED:
My aim is to supply Records, CDS and other music related items in a Mint condition as is possible.
Each item listing will show a specific condition grading ( using the Record Collector magazine system).
If just two gradings are shown , for example: Ex/Mint , the sleeve is graded first, then the disc.
All CDs are record company originals, there are NO counterfeits and NO home-made CDRs in my listings.
Because of the quantity I sell, the majority of gradings are visual. But
if there are
any marks on a disc, they are then played to get the correct grading

ABOUT THE PHOTOS AND SCANS ON THE LISTINGS:
ALL of the photos and scans are taken by me. I NEVER use eBay stock photos.
In the majority of cases, the photo or scan will be of the actual item being offered
but sometimes
it may of the same title that we have previously listed.
In the case of a indivually numbered item, if a specific
number is important to you,please ask
which number is currently being offered.
Also if the existance of an info sticker or similar is important, please ask.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE / INSURANCE / CUSTOMS:
NOTES FOR UK CUSTOMERS:
A) all prices INCLUDE all postage and packing costs (to a UK address)
NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK:
B)Each listing will show the specific cost for all parts of the world.
C) We will always be happy to combine, if it will save the buyer some postage,
(IF practical (different sizes for example) and subject to value)
IF ANY ORDER is above the £34.00 maximum:
We CANNOT ship unless the Registered shipping rates are used.
This is because, for the order to qualify for Paypal's
protection policy the parcel must be trackable.
Standard air mail doesn't offer any tracking (This ONLY applies if over £34.00)
COMBINING SHIPPING:
I am happy to combine more than one purchase whenever size and shape makes it practical.
But please consider the available compensation limits for standard UK postage and standard air mail.
SOME EXAMPLES of combined shipping/postage:
1 x standard weight 12" single to the USA = £3.50,
If you buy a Second or Third Vinyl Record, there will be NO ADDITIONAL shipping cost
(to addresses outside of Europe) ***But see Notes below***
1 x standard weight CD to Europe = £1.00 or £1.25,
If you buy a Second or Third CD, there will be NO ADDITIONAL shipping cost
(to a European address)***
NOTE FOR CDs, it is easier (and cheaper) to combine shipping by posting them without their plastic cases -
PLEASE ask if you would prefer this option
For VIDEOS and CASSETES:it's only usually practical to combine
a video with another video and a cassette with another cassette.
***Note(a) Discounted rate may not apply if the second item is heavy; a gatefold,poster sleeve,etc
***Note(b) Discounted rate will not apply if the combined total is over £34.00 including postage
***Note(c) If you want combined postage/shipping, please ask for a revised invoice BEFORE
going through Checkout. eBay checkout will not automatically give the discounted rate
***Note (d) Any multiple order for 4 or more items will be weighed and an individual shipping discount given
If you need a quote for some specific items, let me know.
For overseas orders, I normally only use air mail for speed of delivery
I can use surface mail but NOT if the buyer is paying by Paypal
CUSTOMS (this ONLY applies to customers OUTSIDE of the EU):
1) It is the buyers responsibilty to pay any import duty that your Customs service may levy on the parcel.
2) Please DO NOT ask for your parcel to be described as a gift
or for the customs declaration to be undervalued
EXCHANGE RATES & PAYMENTS IN US$ & EUROS
If you wish to pay by PAYPAL in any currency other than UK Pounds,
just pay the UK Pound total including the shipping, Paypal will automatically convert
the
debit from your account or credit card into your currency using Paypal's exchange rate
If you wish to pay by ANY OTHER METHOD in US$ OR Euros,
the rates used to convert the winning bids are shown here

If you want to send a US$ Money order, ask for full details BEFORE sending
US$ Money Orders are ONLY accepted where the item is listed on the UK site
and in GBP. They are NOT accepted if it is a listing on the .com site
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is offered on AUCTION and FIXED PRICED items if:
(a) The item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced,OR
(b) If the item is materially incorrectly described.
If in the case of (a)&(b) above, the buyers return postage will be paid if I agree the fault.
Whatever the problem, I will always try to find a solution.
If I accept a return for a FIXED PRICE item for any reason other than (a)or(b) above:
c) It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return postage and ensure that it is adequately packed
d) The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out
e) If the item was sent out 'still sealed', I cannot accept a return if it has been opened (unless it's faulty)
f) All return requests must be notified to me within 14 days of receipt of the item
g) Please ask for a refund authorization before returning anything.
h) You will be notified of the return address, it's the one on the postage label on the front of the parcel.

REFUNDS:
Where refunds are issued, they will be by the same method as the payment was
made.
The exception to that will be with postal orders.
Where we have not cashed the postal order, it will be returned.
If we have already cashed the postal order, refund will be by cheque
ABOUT DISPATCH and DELIVERY TIMES:
DISPATCH is usually within 2 working days of payment receipt
BUT please allow extra time for larger cheques to be cleared first
You will be sent an email informing you that your order has been posted.
DELIVERY TIMES TO A UK ADDRESS should be within 1 or 2 working days
for 1st Class, 2 to 4 working days for 2nd Class.
but please note the Post Office will not consider a missing parcel enquiry until 15 working days have passed.
DELIVERY TIMES TO AN OVERSEAS ADDRESS should be within a Week or so
but
have often been known to take up to 3 weeks
Please note the UK Post Office will not consider a overseas missing parcel enquiry until after a month of posting
If any parcel is returned to us because either the buyer failed to collect it,
or if the delivery address given by the buyer is incorrect/incomplete,
it is the buyers responsibilty to pay for it to be re-posted.
ABOUT PACKAGING:
I always use strong reliable custom mailing materials with inner cardboard stifferners.
ABOUT FEEDBACK:
I ALWAYS leave feedback on eBay, after the goods have been dispatched.
This is mostly done in batches within a couple of weeks or so
but getting the parcels dispatched gets top priority.
If you are pleased with the goods or service,
it would be appreciated if you could also leave some feedback.
