Shopping PLUS is brought to you by LPS Marketing Limited, a father and son team
operating from premises in Newport Pagnell, Bucks.
We build and maintain websites
for outdoor sports products and a small number of commercial clients. Our two main outdoor sports websites are www.cycleshopping.co.uk which has additional products to those
shown in our ebay shop and www.cobr.co.uk a
huge advice, information and shopping resource designed and maintained
by us.

To bring you competitively priced, branded, cycling and Outdoor sports clothing, equipment and accessories; all backed by a speedy and
professional service.

Personnel
Laurie
Sedman designs and builds the websites and
lists his pastimes as Carp fishing and going for long weekends in his motor home, he used to be a racing cyclist.
He's a Northener, a proper one, 10 miles more North and he would talk to
you with a Scottish accent. Consequently he has a dry, some would say, sarcastic
sense of humour.
Paul Sedman, is the son and maintains both the Cycle Shopping and cobr websites. When not working, he goes fishing and flies a BMX.
He was ranked in the top 50 Pool players in the country and still has no broken thumbs but has badly sprained and bruised other bits from crash landing his BMX!!!

Payment
and delivery.
We can accept payment by most credit and debit cards, simply
phone your card details to 01908 613263. Alternatively you can
pay by PayPal if you have an account, personal cheque or Postal Order.
If you bid and win,
all we ask is that you please honour your bid and pay for the item within
7 days. In return for this we promise that
items will be dispatched and should reach you within 1-3 days of payment by PayPal or credit card. If not dispatched, we will contact you
to explain why not.
Exceptions to the above are payment by cheque, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear and
items paid for after 12.00 pm on Friday afternoon. The latter are not
posted until Monday because we take most of the weekend off; wimps or
what? Well we go cycling or fishing!!

Communication
with us
We work hard to provide complete and accurate information about our items, including size specifications as provided by the manufacturer. However please contact us if you need further information.
Before emailing us however please read our FAQ's which may very well answer, directly or indirectly, your question. If not your mail will nearly always be responded to within a maximum
of 24 hours, except weekends, though we sometimes check them on a weekend. Sometimes answers will be short this is done for speed and is not meant to offend. Alternatively,
should you wish to speak to either of us, ring 01908 613263.

Returns
policy
We describe all items as accurately and completely as possible to allow our
bidders to make an informed decision as to the items suitability. If a product proves defective within 3 days of delivery, or there is a listing
error, we will replace, or refund in full.
Measurements are shown on clothing items to help you select the correct size.
If in doubt, contact us before bidding.
If you choose the wrong size you may return it, exactly as sent, for a replacement
(if available), but not a refund. We charge £1.50 (admin and packing)
for the service and return postage, both ways, is at your expense. |
If
you're not happy with anything we do.
As
stated above, our objective is to provide high quality items backed
by a professional
service. However, things can go wrong. In
the event of this please contact us first to attempt to resolve
the situation and please be aware that politeness is always appreciated. We
will do all in our power to help and if it is clearly our fault,
accept total
responsibility. We may however prove a little dogmatic if
it wasn't our fault but there is always some way to sort out any issue
if we can work
together.
Finally, we hope you agree that the items
we list, whilst not always the cheapest on ebay
are
always
top
quality
and incredible
value
for money which is our objective. See
