There will be a large number of items in my webshop that won't appear on eBay, including some exclusive hand crafted lines of my own design and manufacture.

I stock a varied selection of premium quality items which are ideal for special occasions, such as Christenings and other family events. From time to time I also have available items such as sun canopies, parasols and selected nursery goods such as moses baskets. Stock lines change regularly, so please visit my shop or click again soon if you can't see what you want right away. You're more than welcome to e-mail me and I'll try to help with individual requests.

I aim to list items which are that extra bit special in quality and design. Among my listings there can often be found a number of items I consider to be especially suitable for Reborns and dolls (as well as real little people!) due to their exceptional quality and design. These can be identified by the word Reborn in the listing or title - you may even see these items pictured on Reborns to show just how cute they look!

I price my goods competitively - usually less than the equivalent quality could be bought for in the shops (if you can actually find some of these items in the shops...), even when postage costs are taken into account. Where possible, I try to source goods manufactured in Great Britain - not always easy nowadays but well worth the effort. Needless to say, my own designs are manufactured right here in Cumbria...

I don't list many nearly new items these days, but you will find that most are unworn or indistinguishable from new, and all garments are dispatched in clean, ready to wear condition. I tend to list only popular brands such as Next and Gap so you can be assured of receiving quality items.

You'll find my descriptions are detailed, honest, accompanied by clear photos and backed up by the promise of a refund or exchange (within 7 days) if items are not as expected, however, I reserve the right to apply a small handling charge to cover the cost of any eBay or other fees incurred. Put simply, I do not sell junk - if an item is not good enough for my own child, I won't list it for sale.

My business has grown around my commitment to customer service - I always try to go the extra mile. I have earned trust and established a good reputation around this ethic, so I pledge to maintain and build upon the high standards of goods and service I have delivered to date. It costs me nothing to be friendly and polite, too...

Beware of sellers who have hidden PayPal fees and profit margins in high postage charges...

For UK customers who don't have a PayPal account, I can receive online payments through UK based NOCHEX. This is secure and very simple for those who don't wish to "sign up" and is ideal for one off payments. All you need is a UK based debit or credit card, plus you'll receive your goods quicker than paying by cheque.

UK customers can click on the NOCHEX logo below or the logo in any Kiddiklobba listing for a QuickSend window to pay for any auction, B-I-N or shop item(s) - it's helpful to enter the eBay item number(s) in the message field when paying this way.

I also accept payment by PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order (GB Pound Sterling currency only & drawn on a UK Bank), however I can only accept PayPal for overseas purchases. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY OVERSEAS BANKERS ORDER, MONEYGRAM OR ANY OTHER NON PayPal TRANSACTION BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY EXPORT ORDER. ANY SUCH PAYMENT RECEIVED WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

For multiple purchases I will combine and reduce P&P to lowest actual cost then send a fresh invoice to you, however, please let me know by e-mail if any auction items you are watching end more than three days apart, (so I don't send you an unnecessary payment reminder!). In all cases please remember not to pay for any item or "check out" until you've received a combined invoice for your multiple purchases.

I request that payment must be received no later than seven days from date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise by e-mail (if you're watching other items, for instance).

Goods are always neatly and securely packaged (either in padded packets or strong polythene mailers) showing sender's details and with a delivery note. Items shown on hangers will normally be posted without the hanger to prevent damage in transit and to keep postage costs as low as possible, however if you require the hanger(s), please tell me at the time of purchase.

If you would like me to send items direct to a different address than shown, as a gift, for example, please e-mail with your specific delivery instructions (items asked to be sent as gifts will not show payment info on the delivery note).

I aim to dispatch quickly - normally same or next working day following receipt of payment via NOCHEX, PayPal or Postal Orders or cleared funds in the case of cheques.

Postage will be via Royal Mail first class (insured to £39 max), Standard Parcels or other courier service as appropriate, unless requested or stated otherwise.

For the purpose of insurance I must state that I am unable to accept liability for late or non delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond my personal control, such as being supplied with incorrect or incomplete address details or recipients being unavailable to take deliveries, for example, however I will assist as far as reasonably practical in the unlikely event of a problem arising.

Please note that no request for refund will be entertained for lost items less than 28 days from date of despatch.

Proof of posting is always obtained, but ultimately I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail or other carriers. I can arrange tracked deliveries to most destinations, which may incur additional cost for shipments of higher value, if required.

Recorded Delivery is available upon request at an additional cost of 75 pence per parcel for most goods up to packet size and weight.

Most small single items of clothing will just squeeze through at Large Letter rate, however anything larger and most multiple purchases will need to be sent at Packet Rate.

I politely request that my customers leave feedback before I leave theirs. I only adopted this as an incentive policy, as I found "more than a few" were not bothering at all despite me leaving theirs first, which is not in the spirit of eBay. I always leave good feedback for good customers...

I can ship goods to most European countries, United States, Canada, Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand (other countries upon request). Please e-mail for overseas shipping cost of any item(s) you are interested in buying (unless already shown on the listing) and I will respond ASAP. I normally quote for Airmail small packet rate, which is most often the best value. **Please be aware that I can accept only PayPal payments for sales outside the UK. Please do not pay for any item(s) required to post outside UK until I have sent you an invoice or PayPal request showing final shipping cost.**
