1.I am outside of USA, what is the shipping rate to my address?

We ship to worldwide at same shipping rate as Hong Kong Post air mail can reach. Notice: In order to make sure the shipping time, we don't send parcels to Italy and Brazil at present, because of our current forwarding company which takes much time to those counties.

2.when will my order shipped out, and when can I expect it?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment cleared. We will send shipping notification email by eBay system when we pack the items. It will take about 7-14 business days to arrive to most areas. To some rural areas, it may take longer time due to less frequent transportation.

3. I want to get the item by this date, do you offer other faster shipping methods?

Yes, we offer EMS(4-6 business days, about $25 extra, DHL or Fedex 3-5 business days, about $35 extra depends on shipping area) upon request.

4. I am bidding on several items, can I wait for the items end to send payment?

Yes, it's better to send one payment to get combine shipping fee discount. We can wait 7 days from the first auction won. Please use ebay checkout and pay by paypal. If you don't know the total, please request total invoice when you finish bidding.

5. How do you calculate combine shipping fee?

In the item description, there are single item shipping fee and combine shipping fee stated. Total shipping fee = 1 item’s single shipping fee + each additional item’s combine shipping fee. e.g. total shipping fee for 2 snuff bottles = $3.99+$1.99=$5.98.

6. What payments do you accept?

We accept paypal, or Visa / Master/ Amex online credit card through paypal. If you have problems with paypal, we can accept credit card online by other service.

7. What is your return policy?

Please contact us before returning the item. Please include item number and your user ID in the parcel for faster process your case. Item should be return in its original condition within 14 days. We can offer refund or replacement. Shipping fee and insurance is not refundable.

8.I’m interested in purchase lots from you， can you offer an special price?

Yes, please contact us by email if you want to purchase lots, we can offer special price if you meet the minimum purchase amount.

9.What is the conversion rate between inch and mm?

We usually use inches for necklace, bracelet, strand length, and use mm for bead size, pendant size. 1 inch=25.4mm, 1 mm=0.04 inch. For a strand length 16”, that’s 16x25.4=406.4mm=40.64cm.

10. Why I don't get reply from you? I have sent you several emails.

We work 5 days a week. We always reply customers questions. For some reason, your email may not reach us , or the reply email may go to your junk mail. You may use contact seller to contact us again. Please don't hide your email address when you use contact seller. So we can search your order by your email adress.
