Orders will be dispatched
within 1 working day of payment receipt.
Purchases made before 1 pm on a working day (Mon-Fri)
will usually be posted that same day.
Postage & Packing
You get a 50p reduction on P&P for each additional purchase, when paid for together in one transaction; our ebay account is set up to calculate this automatically on checkout. We do not look to make a profit on P&P and this system usually gives a fair estimate of the actual cost. For larger purchases (UK buyers >15 items, Overseas buyers >5 items), please contact us for a revised invoice, as we may be able to offer a further reduction.
UK: 1st and 2nd Class options are insured up to £36 - please add 75p if you want Recorded Delivery. Special Delivery includes insurance up to £500.
Overseas: Airmail is insured up to £36 - please add £3.50 for International Signed For (Signature required at Delivery Point) or £4.20 for Airsure (Online trackable). An additional £2.20 to either of these two services gives increased insurance of up to £500.
Customs Declarations: For buyers outside the EU, please note that we will not put false information on a Customs Declaration form (e.g. mark a purchase as a 'gift').
Returns / Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
