We are a cables, networking and peripherals reseller based in sunny St.Helens in the North West of England. We were established in 2002 but only ventured onto eBay in June 2005. So far, so very good!
We sell just about every audio/video/computer cable, device and adapter that you could need and if we don't actively sell it, we can probably get it. We currently stock over 1000 different items but only have a limited range on eBay so if you can't find what you're looking for, drop us a line at ebay@kenable.co.uk or take a look at our website www.kenable.co.uk . You can pay by PayPal and choose your delivery method.
It is our aim to supply our customers with excellent quality goods at very reasonable prices without having to wait for weeks. If you take a look at our feedback, it would seem that we are fulfilling our aim! Most items paid for before 12.30pm on a working day, are dispatched the same day . All week-end purchases are dispatched on Mondays. Please note though, we can only dispatch items once your payments have cleared. We also endeavour to answer all emails promptly, most being answered within the hour between 10-4 on weekdays.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the service we provide or the item(s) that we supply, please contact us. This procedure allows us to try and resolve any problems, suggest other processes and offer solutions before you potentially return your item needlessly.
Returns Policy
If you do need to return your item(s), we work on a return to base policy where you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). Refunds will be offered if the item is found to be faulty and a replacement cannot be supplied within 7 working days. We operate a no quibble refund policy or an exchange for goods to the value of the item supplied if the goods are returned unopened. You must obtain a returns or RMA number from us and include this with your item(s). Please note, however, that postage and packing costs and charges cannot be refunded.
Other info & Combined Purchases
There is more to p&p than just the cost of the stamp. If you are not happy with oiur advertised delivery charges, please do not bid. Post & packing forms part of the total price and we make every effort to ensure that we offer competitive prices.
There are some small postage discounts available which are automatically calculated by eBay and are available on multiples of the same item and different items.
