PAYMENT
Please complete checkout within 48 hours and make payment within 5 days of auction ending.
UK Buyers - payment can be made by Paypal, crossed Postal Order or bank transfer. We are gradually phasing out cheque payments due to the time they take to clear & fraud.
OVERSEAS BIDDERS - I only accept Paypal or bank transfer in GBP. Items over £39 will be sent by International Signed For with insurance and a tracking number. This costs £3.70 on top of postage.
POSTAGE
l aways obtain a Certificate of Posting which insures your parcel up to £39 and in the event of a parcel going astray I will make a claim on your behalf.
Royal Mail do not consider an item 'lost' until 15 working days have passed (25 days International) and claims cannot be made until this time. Royal Mail will write to you to confirm that the parcel has not arrived and will only pay compensation if they get a reply within the stated timescale. As soon as Royal Mail compensate me, I will refund you.
Before contacting me about a lost parcel can you please check with your local sorting office as 9 times out of 10 the parcel is there - usually the postman has forgotten to leave a card!!!
Postage discount only applies if you purchase more than one item and they are paid for and posted at the same time.
I try and post every day (Monday to Friday). I will send you an e-mail to let you know when your item has been sent out.
RETURNS
Items may be returned at buyer's expense in same condition as received with all tags intact and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. A refund of the item price only will be given via original payment method.
For items with 'free postage' the actual postage paid to send the item to you will be deducted from the refund.
If you wish to return an item, please use the Ebay Returns Procedure (this can be found on the item page of the item you are returning).
FEEDBACK
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback, most problems can be solved within reason.
